I was charged £75 for a bag of sweets did not notice till I got home..
Emailed them and they transferred some back to me,
Then over a year has gone by and they put some money in my account saying it was by mistake..
As it was someone else's account with the same name that works for them (really)
I rang the company her husband picked up and said is that .....?
How did he know my name and it was me ringing?
I am going to the police about this as I have been told by the bank as this is wrong...
They should not hold people's card details and it has been over 14 months
How many people's details do they have?
Don't trust them what so ever..

Stood there for 5 mins being ignored while the staff has their back to me discussing there weekend plans on there phone. 6 of us wanting food. Will go somewhere we are at least acknowledged.
