Probably a generous rating. No major things to complain about, delivery to customer what you would expect from PI, could do better though. Room adequate, a bit tatty but acceptable. Standard Wi fi pathetic, 4 G ain’t great there either. Restro service all over the place. Dinner one night ok but slow service - one chef, one lady doing Reception and waitressing - didn’t work in the customer favour. Breakfast haphazard, run out of plates, then mugs, then fruit salad, then elements of the hot dishes, run out of pastries 2 mornings completely. Some of this understandable given demand, staff should be proactively topping up as necessary rather than being pressed by the customer. Location of hotel excellent, parking worked out ok. Hotel needs some closer management attention,

Would highly recommend this Premier Inn if you want to to holiday in Cornwall. Great location, great beaches. Very friendly. Have stayed over a dozen times over the past 6 years. Going back in July. 👍

Nice premier-plus room with A/C. Great location to shops and local restaurants, and river walk etc. Parking a couple of minutes walk away but there is a loading bay out the front (and a couple of on-street parking) Staff couldn’t be bothered to say goodbye as we dropped room cards off.

A good location with very helpful and professional staff. ||||Breakfast helped setup a good day and the evening meal deal was good value for money.||||The room was clean and good size for our needs. ||||Location is well placed to walk into Bude.||||Parking is thr only challenge but the local car park was only £6.80 for 24hrs on this visit.

This is a good standard premier Inn. There are carparks close by, you can use a parking app to get a good deal. What makes this hotel excellent are the lovely, hardworking, friendly and respectful staff. They are all so polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to everyone, you contributed to our fabulous stay in Bude.

Two night stay. They did not clean my room while I stayed. Toilet seat was yellow and needs replacing.

Very accommodating to allergies for breakfast. Breakfast lack food options.

The staff here are brilliant and happy. To be fair, we've always had that welcoming experience across all the Inns we've stayed in over the years. The room was spotless and the bed was just the best. When we replace our mattress, were getting the one they use and sell.

This one is located for easy walking to the beach and other attractions including the town centre just a few minutes walk.

We had Rm 408 on the 4th floor facing the front which gave us great views over the river then to the sea.

Only downside this time was the food. Chips over cooked and hard plus the portions were small for the price. The pizza was like a typical supermarket one you can pick up for £1.99 but we paid £12 !

Poor veggie options too.

The breakfast was poor too. Over cooked fried eggs, the only option, so not the usual scrambled. The mushrooms, tomatoes and hash browns we're cold and all the bread for toasting was drying up and curling. It was only 0815. Having paid over £60 for some very basic food, we hope this was just a one off here.

Apart from that we had a great weekend.

Standard premier inn, so a comfortable room with good mattress and black out blinds. Had an issue with check in as all computers down but handled brilliantly!
