Situated on a quiet road opposite the golf course and a two minute walk to the high street.|The property is well maintained, feels homely and has a friendly host. Our room was modern, clean, fresh and cosy. The bed was comfortable and made for a good nights sleep, bed linen and towels were clean and fresh.|We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the complimentary toiletries.|Breakfast was ordered in advance from the set menu all was cooked fresh and to a high standard and well presented. Our particular favourites were the scrambled egg with salmon and the waffles.|Everything in Bude is within walking distance from here, i would say it's a solid choice and you can't go wrong here

As part of our South West Coast Path adventure, we were booked into an extended stay in Bude at the Sunrise Guest House. Our room was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Our breakfasts were superb and a great way to start the day. But most importantly, our host Kara was an absolute delight. You can tell that Kara really wants her guests to be happy and comfortable and watching Kara as she interacts with her guests can really be a special.part of your day in Bude. Fabulous guest house, room extremely clean, comfortable bed, huge towels which smelt amazing, well stocked with tea, coffee etc, free toiletries. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice ( something for everyone) |Great location near both beaches, shops & places to eat out, be prepared for the hills but well worth it. No parking at house however carpark just past safe & has cameras not too expensive. |Cara & Tony are the most fabulous hosts, nothing too much trouble, very knowledgeable about the area, couldn't ask for better, will DEFINITELY return

Had a fantastic one night stay here as my starting point for the South West Coast Path. From moment I arrived the host Kara could not be more welcoming. Property and room were lovely with all the little extras included. I had a lovely huge bath in my single bedroom. Breakfast was amazing....a great full English. I had unknowingly left my electric toothbrush in the room and upon arriving at my next accomodation found it wrapped up in the top of my suitcase. Thanks so much!!

Booked the guest house as attending a party in Bude. Booked two rooms a single and a double.
The house and room were very clean and tidy. Nice touches in rooms such as corkscrew ,wine glasses and chocolate bar.
Breakfast was excellent and good choices , I would recommend the full English.
The owner Cara was very warm and friendly.
I would thoroughly recommend this BandB

I sent a friend & my cousin there as i don't have room in my flat in bude they were both pleased with the service. My cousin said the area around loo needed attention but quite pleased with the overall cleanliness.. & everything else ..
