A perfect b & b! Set in a beautifully quiet countryside location and yet close to the lovely town of Holt. This self-contained annexe accommodation is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and has everything you could need or want. We started each day with a deliciously cooked breakfast and were sorry to leave at the end of our three day stay. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook if we were to stay the area again.

This B & B is a hidden gem. It has everything you could possibly want. It is tastefully decorated and everything inside is of quality and the property is spotlessly clean.||It is situated near Holt and is within easy access to all the Norfolk hotspots i.e. Wells-next-the-sea, Sherringham and Cromer.||We stayed for 2 nights and the bed was really comfy. The breakfast is spectacular with a wide choice of options. ||I would definitely recommend Pippin Heath House and our host Sally was extremely friendly.

This was our 2nd time of staying. There is nothing to not love about this gem of a place apart from finding it in the dark luckily we remembered this time. The accommodation is luxury the host Sally is great and her breakfast is top quality.
Sally has thought of everything for a comfortable stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at Pippin Heath House. The host Sally is a ||Lovely host nothing is too much trouble for her. It is so quiet and relaxing we had our own sitting room ,everything was perfect. The breakfasts were amazing a great choice. The bed was so comfortable. The whole place was spotless. We have already booked again for next year. We would definitely recommend Pippin Heath House for a lovely place to stay.

Just returned from another fantastic stay at Pippin Heath House B&B, our third visit this year.|Situated just outside Holt in Hunsworth, this is a beautiful, contemporary take on a Bed and Breakfast. The property consists of a self contained suite with its own lounge area, luxurious shower room, even its own patio and front door.|Sally, the owner couldn’t be more helpful, nothing is too much trouble . The extensive breakfast menu is excellent, with top quality ingredients cooked to order and brought to your table.|Everything is always kept spotlessly clean and tidy.|We will be returning yet again in just a few weeks.

Me and my partner stayed for new years weekend and the amount of space we had for the price we payed was awesome for a couple.

Had our own parking and lounge plus outdoor seeting and sally our host brought us a breakfast every morning with a smile.

When we arrived we felt very relaxed and welcome. Pippen heath i found to be beautifully situated and peaceful with plenty of robbins joining you for breakfast.

It was just the break we were after quiet,relaxed and out of the way cheers sally your the best.

Wow, this is a luxurious B&B.||The hostess Sally has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.||Our eyes were bigger than our belly's onthe first morning. The breakfast was delicious. We felt guilty leaving some it was so good.||We definitely recommend this B&B and have booked again for next year.

Really fantastic B&B but more than that. Separate bedroom to the living room cosy for both of us.view from the bedroom to the garden is incredible and it’s quiet and relaxing.| Incredible breakfast served by Sally nothing is too much trouble and we definitely intend to return.
