Just had a superb 2 x night break here. One word - SUPERB. Bob & Inez are wonderful, warm and welcoming hosts. The location is remote, however, it was so stunningly peaceful and quiet with zero light pollution at night and zero noise during the day. Our room was immaculate, our welcome was stunning and the orange cake in our room was delicious. The attention to detail was immense - leaving a box of matches next to the scented candle in the bathroom so that you ACTUALLY COULD light it and not just look it if you wanted a bath, the dog poo bags in case you ran out of your own and the bottles of their own spring water in the room were just brilliant. Very dog friendly and within ideal striking range of all of Norfolk coast / beaches. Would highly recommend and cannot thank our wonderful hosts enough for their hospitality and service. Superb breakfast options too.

Lovely room (Beech) - comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and all the touches you could want (tea/coffee, a slice of cake on arrival, lovely toiletries). An excellent breakfast with a wide choice of options. Our second visit to this B&B.

I highly recommend staying at Hubbards Luxury B & B. We have recently returned from a 2 night stay with our dog in the Beech room and we were made so welcome by Bob & Inez, they could not have been more accommodating and are such lovely people.
It is the perfect location for exploring North Norfolk being only a stones throw away from many beaches and halls. There is also a lovely local pub a 5-10 minute walk away for evening meals.
The 15 acres of woodland and meadows at the B&B are great for exploring, you really could be anywhere when you are exploring them.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished and on arrival we had the tastiest brownie I have ever eaten waiting for us.
Breakfast was 10/10 for taste, selection and portion size.
We will defiantly be back!

Stayed for a weekend with our small dogs. Absolutely brilliant. The farm is a 10 minute drive to the beach and easily accessible to all the towns in the coastal area. We stayed in the Sycamore Lodge which is self contained and beautiful. Lovely large lounge with log burner, large bedroom with a comfy queen bed and amazing bathroom with shower and roll top bath, which we did use after a day out on our feet. The breakfast is brought to your room in the morning and is also beautiful. Great hosts and private. The private garden is great to let the dogs out too. Will definitely be be returning in the summer. Thoroughly recommend.

This was our third visit here & although there have been a few changes, it certainly didn't disappoint. We stayed in Oak, a lovely spacious room with amazing bathroom & the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast, served in our own private dining room was delicious & plentiful. Inez's granola was delicious as was the fruit yogurt. Breakfast certainly set us up for the day. The location is so peaceful & relaxing it was lovely to come back to after a day exploring beautiful North Norfolk. Bob is an excellent host & coped admirably in the absence of Inez during our stay. We'll be back.

Had a lovely stay in Sycamore with our 2 dogs. The accommodation is perfect, beautifully furnished with a secure garden. The bed is extremely comfy and the bathroom very luxurious. The breakfasts are well cooked and plentiful and the home made cake a delicious added bonus. Bob and Inez are excellent welcoming hosts, attentive but unobtrusive. Look forward to our next visit.

Stayed at the lovely Sycamore lodge and first impressions, it was gorgeously spacious! The bathroom with its roll-top bath, the huge drop-shower and the his and hers double sinks, just lovely. The bedroom was just as lovely as the rest of the lodge, I love the fact they’ve used old style but with some modern twists. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

The garden at the back could’ve done with a bit of TLC, as the grass was mostly strewn with thistles and weeds. Maybe throwing some grass seed down and feeding it now and again. But when you think this place will be full through the summer months. I wouldn’t say it spoils it at all. It’s a lovely sun trap and sitting on the recliners having a cool drink is great through the day and at night, it’s lovely to just sit and look at the stars.

Breakfast was delivered in a hamper to our door with a full English to follow, and other breakfast goods nicely presented.

There is a fridge with milk and water and they even left us some chocolate cake for when we had our evening drink.

A very lovely quiet place, out of the way of any main roads. I’d high recommend Hubbards B&B, yes you’ll find cobwebs, moths are daddy long legs, don’t forget you’re set back in the countryside. But the place is just gorgeous.

Firstly, the rooms at Hubbards are superb and the service outstanding.
We stayed in Sycamore for two nights in May and our son in Oak both were equally great.

Breakfasts were lovely, well cooked, generous and tasty.

Our dogs loved the woods and
grounds, they were really relaxed and happy.

Also location is great for exploring Norfolk with easy access to many local beaches.
