Really enjoyed our spa day today! Very therapeutic and relaxing. Food is lovely in the restaurant too.
Had the best facial I have ever had from Natalie, my skin has never felt as soft and she was lovely throughout the treatment. Will be returning back 🙂

Excellent day at this wonderful retreat. Staff great, facilities top notch, every little detail had been thought of. Had the most amazing back massage from Molly and the surroundings were lovely. Really chilled out day and the food and beverages were also great. Would definitely revisit and it was worth every penny. We had the Wintering package.

The massages we had were excellent - really could not be faulted. However that was the highlight of the day. We picked a cold, rainy day to attend, and although our robes got wet from the walk over to the relaxation area offering us a dry replacement before lunch and our treatment felt like an imposition. 2 of the sauna areas were not functioning and although maintenance were called these areas didn’t function for the rest of our day. This meant - although the steam room was working - I couldn’t get warm enough to really take advantage of the outside pool (the part I was most looking forward to). Seats remained wet following the rain and there didn’t appear to be anyone around to answer questions about the cold water and how to ensure you warmed up adequately afterwards. Not a problem in my case, but others - new to the experience - had questions and needed advice. Lunch was a mixed bag - our starters were very nice, and the sandwiches also looked good - but our cooked mains were extremely average. This day package was expensive and I feel that there was a certain level of customer service missing in general - I think this is primarily due to the staffing levels. By the end of the day the showers were full of hair and talc, and I felt someone should have kept an eye on them. If these prices remain, there will be a need to look at the finer details going forward. All in all - if you need a massage - then I absolutely recommend - but the day experience in the rain with maintenance issues would not be recommended.

A beautiful morning spent at the spa with friends! We were warmly greeted and taken round the spa. The changing rooms were clean and modern and loved the little detail of your name labelled against a locker! We were given a free water bottle and flip flops to use and take home. There was a water machine to fill your bottles. It was a cloudy day with sunny spells and was lovely to spend outdoors! Plenty of beds/seats available. We love the wild pond!! It was 18 degrees, but once in and after a few lengths, it was amazing!! We had a coffee mid morning and chilled on the sofa areas. The steam/sauna rooms had plenty of space!! All in all, a very nice experience. So looking forward to coming back again!!

We had an excellent 4 day break here and cannot fault a thing.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Our lodge was spotless , had comfy beds and we were surprised with a welcome pack for us and our 2 dogs ! There is a secure dog field attached to the site, with tunnels, jumps and weave sticks and plenty of room for the dogs to play. The site has dog showers too.
The Dome restaurant is excellent with reasonably priced food and drink. The food was amazing.
We used the spa for an afternoon and it was so clean and relaxing after exploring the nearby towns and countryside.
This site is a little gem and we would definitely go back.

Really great spa, had an amazing time. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It felt like a haven away from the busy world. We didn't attempt the col pool but enjoyed everything else. Loved every bit of it. Also had lunch there which was just as brilliant. Thank you!

This was our third visit. It did not disappoint. From the lovely card and bottle of bubbles on arrival. The lovely hamper of goodies to the amazing spa treatments it was a holiday to remember. We had such a relaxing time. This time we went to the grill nigbt at the bar. The chef personally came over to see how we were doing. We enjoyes meals, afternoon tea and cocktails at the restaurant. Thank you, what an experience! We will be back

I was very lucky and won a spa day here for two. From the initial booking to leaving it was an absolutely fantastic experience.

The staff were all lovely and it is one of the most beautiful spas I have visited. I would highly recommend the glass facial to anyone wanting treatments, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin was glowing. The giant bean bags are a great touch as there were no loungers left when we arrived but they proved even better!

The only place for improvement would be the food. We both had the fish and chips and it was very thick with greasy batter and not much fish. However, the mock tails were lovely and again the staff were great

I cannot wait to return and try out one of the cabins for the weekend.
