The area was lovely and there's nothing to fault about it with breathtaking lakes with many great fishing spots and scenic views. Staff were overall nice too.|Our lodge was in a great position (no 41) |The lodge itself looked very nice and modern however very cheaply made..|Most of the surfaces were plastic and hollow and they didn't supply us with chopping boards which made it hard to cut meals etc.|Beds were comfortable however you could hear everything from nextdoor rooms. |One of the shelves broke in the kitchen and the staff came right away to sort it out along with the bathroom door knob which didn't give us any greith for the rest of our stay.||The hot tub wasn't really much excitement as the temperature was set to just above lukewarm and you couldn't change it. ||The rooms had great storage and nice bathrooms with great views.||Overall a nice stay as long as you don't focus on the minor details.

Just entering the park at the 1st lake both my wife and I simultaneously said 'WOW how beautiful. On arrival at reception we found the welcome very formal and easy. The pet friendly accommodation was very clean and well supplied with towels, bathrobes, and fully equipped kitchen. Our bed was comfortable and we both slept well as did our dog on his bed. The restaurant/bar had a lovely quiet atmosphere, and the excellent staff provided quick friendly service and nothing was to much. The food was brilliant,fresh pippin hot and great size portions. The peace and tranquility made us soooo relaxed for a short break. We will definitely be returning. 100% to ALL the staff there

My husband and I had a fantastic 4 nights at the beautiful place which is set in lovely grounds. The lodge was so well equipped with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help with anything. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great and it’s a great base to visit some lovely places. Re Lodge 27|Booked literally in the same day. This lodge was outstanding. It felt like a home rather than a lodge. We bought kitchen utensils etc but everything was already provided, which is perfect for travelling with kids. Decorated really well, lots of thought into interior design. Location over the lake was bliss. Would definitely rebook again. Credit to the owners. |Location great - Tesco/Aldi within 15 mins, premier 6 mins away, lots of places for kids within 30-40 min drive, restaurant on site. ||Thank you!

The staff absolutely make this place. Warm, welcoming, efficient. We only went for a night but we felt so recharged and relaxed. Couldn't have asked for better weather, peaceful and quiet. Expansive grounds and ponds. Food in the restaurant was a real treat! So delicious, great portion size and value for money. Lovely family rooms with two separate rooms conjoining. Absolute perfection.

Beautiful setting. The lodges are huge and fitted with everything you need including toiletries milk in the fridge,pot with kitchen essentials. Bed very comfy.|The lakes are gorgeous. |I found 2 small negatives.|Firstly the restaurant , beautiful but small choice menu so only ate there once.|Secondly you are under a flight path.|Neither of these would prevent rebooking.|It was an amazing comfortable break in idyllic settings.|I recommend this fishing site.

Great day the lodge was perfect for our family, everyone enjoyed the long weekend 😊😊the accommodation had everything you could possibly need, the only thing wasn’t great was the lack of TV programme ‘s , the lodge only had normal TV no Netflix etc that you could log in too, the accommodation came with a Hot-Tub which we enjoyed the weather was lovely for the first couple of days so we really enjoyed it. The park had a bar and restaurant which is going under renovation, we had Sunday lunch which was lovely. Would highly recommend staying at Lakeview Manor the staff were lovely an helpful , we will be returning at some point.

Booked a week away on Middle lake so hubby could fish and I could relax with a good book. We stayed in lodge 10 which was lovely and clean and comfortable. Everything you would need. We ate every night in the on-site restaurant and was made to feel welcome. Food and staff were amazing. Hubby caught a few small roach and rudd. He did manage to catch a carp. Fishing is challenging with the Lilly pads so this just needs to be kept an eye on other than that we had a wonderful time. Maybe a set of steps in the banks so you can get up the hill from the swim to the lodges.
