Absolutely wonderful stay. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly Kieran on front desk. He made us feel very welcome and gave us an ice pop as it was warm outside. He checked us in and booked dinner for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds were so comfy, room clean and a lovely bath and shower.|Dinner was lovely and not rushed at all. Would say that we have stayed in over 40 premier inns and this is the far best.|We stayed here as we were on the way to a week’s stay in Cornwall and this was an added bonus as half way.|Well done Kieran and all staff!,

Great overnight stay prior to visiting Dunkerswell airfield. The bed was soon comfy, I didn't want to leave! Best night's sleep in ages.|The place was clean and tidy and breakfast was good quality. However, the cook didn't seem to understand / be able to anticipate supply and demand at busy times and, when we arrived, a few people were waiting for eggs. Then mushrooms ran out and were replenished twice with so.ething rather raw looking. Still, overall a plentiful and tasty breakfast.|Check in and check out were straightforward. |Would defo stay again.

The breakfast and evening meal were plentiful and very acceptable. The bed was comfy with extra pillows if needed. Great shower with extra towels. The staff were polite and friendly. All in all a very pleasant overnight stop on the way to Cornwall

Had a 2 night away with the fiancé and we had the best time! Breakfast was good too and so were the facilities! Thank you for the hospitality. We aim to return to this hotel soon especially as honiton is home to us. We watched Tv and I brought my laptop for entertainment!

Arrived late after booking late (3 hours notice) booked a quad room. On arrival there was no one at reception but managed the automated checkin which was ok and pretty seamless once we had found our booking ref.

When we got into the room it had been made up as a double not a quad (this was 9pm) had to had back down to reception, after waiting 15mins and pressing the button to summon someone a number of times eventually a person appeared, explained the problem and was asked to wait in the bar while they resolved it. 10:10pm, we gave up and went back to the room to find it complete (no one spoke to us to explain or apologize).

Room was fine, a little cramped with the four beds but this was to be expected, the bathroom was clean but dated. Over night it was very hot and hard to sleep.

Following morning had a shower but then realized we only had one set of towels, no massive issue as this was an overnight stop to somewhere else so we used our own.

Breakfast was downstairs in the bar, full allergy menu was provided and a good number of GF options. It was nothing to shout about but it was hot and filling.

All in all it was a rubbish stay, last of attention from staff and a poor night's sleep. I was going to speak to a staff member in the morning but again they were nowhere to be found.

As Premier Inns go, this place is pretty darn good. Easy parking, welcoming reception and perfectly clean and tidy rooms. Stated for two nights and slept well for both, no noise or complaints. Breakfast was great, apart from the coffee machine not working but that didn’t bother us

Used this Premier inn as a halfway overnight stay whilst on our way for a family holiday in Cornwall with 2 small children. The staff was nice & warming also very helpful & the hotel room was clean & comfy ( apart from the pillow i had). Food was lovely & breakfast plentiful but be warned unlike other premier inn resturants this one doesn't except blue light discount even though its a Thyme restaurant which should, if I'd know before hand I would of taken thd upgraded meal deal & saved myself quite a bit of money.

Having pre-purchased a meal deal, I went to the restaurant at 6:00pm, only to be informed that the earliest available dining slot was 8:00pm. I accepted this and returned at the designated time, placing my order for soup to start and a burger for the main course.||||After waiting 43 minutes, my starter still hadn’t arrived. At that point, I decided to cancel the order and informed your staff that the service was unacceptable. I then had no choice but to go to the nearby BP garage for a meal. The staff member there mentioned that the restaurant frequently struggles with kitchen staffing, which suggests this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident.||||This level of service falls far short of what I would expect from Premier Inn. As a result, I am seriously reconsidering using your restaurants in the future—and quite possibly your hotel chain altogether.
