My sister and I stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Castle Cooling Barn, and we had the most fantastic stay. Pushpinder was so incredibly helpful, she was such a great host. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great too! The communal/breakfast area downstairs was lovely and airy, and so well stocked - and the continental breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If we are ever in the area again we will be returning to Orchard Cottage for sure!

Very welcoming. Very clean and comfortable accommodation.
Breakfast selection was amazing.
We stayed at Orchard B&B as a family over 2 nights as our Daughter was getting married at the Knowle Country House. This gem of a find was on their recommend places to stay
We could not fault anything.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable all with shower en-suite.
Nothing was to much trouble. Our Grandchildren did not want to leave as they loved playing in the beautiful garden.

We stayed here for a friends birthday party. We got shown round the kitchen, conservatory and our room. The continental breakfast is all supplied for you in the kitchen and you just help yourself. Our room was very nice, lovely views and everything you needed. We were able to park on the premises, we could walk to our friends house and party which was great. |We met the host on the day we were checking out and she asked if everything was ok. The only negative thing I had to say is that we could hear a lot of noise from the room above which meant we didn’t get a good nights sleep, so if we stayed there again we would ask for the room at the top of the annex. But everything else was positive. We will go back when we visit our friends house. Thanks for being a wonderful host.

The host of Orchard Cottage was exceptional in helping us prepare for a wedding at Cooling Castle. She allowed us to check in early made us a drink on our arrival and was so helpful and kind to our friends who also stayed. We have been overwhelmed by her kindness. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy. She made us feel at home and prepared a superb breakfast. Thank you so much for your warm welcome. We hope to see you again soon.

We had the family room … three adults staying as we were attending a wedding at Cooling Castle… very short drive away ….. perfect location not only for the wedding venue but also for Rochester town centre… lovely place to spend time pottering around …we arrived at Orchard Cottage and were immediately welcomed by our host Push who showed us to our beautiful room and kitchen facilities… our room was immaculate very large and extremely comfortable …. Huge double bed and and good sized single…. Both beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on … the double was like sleeping on a cloud ! The bathroom has an amazing shower that not only is powerful but keeps at the perfect temperature …. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need … plenty of tea coffee etc and milk in the fridge.. the continental breakfast was delicious croissant’s, muffins ,fruit and cereals aplenty couldn’t have wished for more . Push was the perfect host … helpful, accommodating and lovely! I will definitely be back to stay again and recommend Orchard Cottage to anyone wanting a home from home stay while in the area … thank you Push and family for the amazing stay xx

We stayed at The Orchard Cottage on Friday for a wedding we were attending at Cooling Castle. As the wedding started at 1pm I asked management whether it would be possible to check in slightly earlier so we could get ready in the Cottage, rather than have to change at home and drive the car. The management team were very understanding, responded very quickly and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. The hotel is brilliantly situated, with big room sizes and fantastic views. We were extremely grateful for the kind hospitality and the service was exemplary. We would certainly recommend this cottage to anyone thinking of staying in the area.Thanks again.

We were visiting Cooling for a friend's wedding. We were met by Push the owner on arrival,and felt very welcomed and at home. The Annexe was alongside the family home and was completely self contained. It was very clean. Our room was cosy and we enjoyed a comfortable sleep. We ate a simple Continental breakfast in the morning and although we had to clear up the kitchen, it was an enjoyable experience. The surroundings were peaceful and a longer stay would have been lovely. Push clearly would go the extra mile for her guests (she ironed my husbands shirt) and we would highly recommend a stay at Orchard Cottage if you are planning a visit to Cliffe, Rochester.

I have been working in the area and have been staying Orchard View for 5 months. I really like the fact the B&B has its own entrance with access to a separate Kitchen and conservatory. There is good on and off street parking in a quite area. Push is always eager to ensure you have a comfortable stay and has always been available for any help. The room I have been in is light airy and very clean, and also has a very good shower. I would have no hesitation in recommending Orchard View B&B.
