I had a wonderful stay when I visited London in January 2024. Even when a fire alarm necessitated an evacuation on a cold night, the staff did an excellent job communicating and quickly addressing the situation. The breakfast is excellent and on-site restaurant serves a fine dinner too. I found the location ideal.

One interesting feature of the hotel is the gym on the top floor. It's not to frequent that one gets a pleasant skyline view when running on the treadmill!

I plan to return to this hotel when I return to London next month.

I stayed at The Westminster London while I was down there for business meetings and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, close to everything yet set back enough to offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The staff were incredibly professional and helpful throughout my stay. I also worked remotely from the hotel, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. There were plenty of quiet spaces where I could take calls and get work done comfortably.

The room was modern, clean, and well equipped. The overall feel of the hotel was stylish and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in London for either business or leisure.

I stayed in the hotel about 3 days ago. The check in was smooth (very nice lady with dark long hair - she is the supervisor) and we got a room with a beautiful room. The breakfast was nice it would be better if there were more options but still, really nice. Also, the head of the concierge (tall guy - sorry I could not remember the names) was amazing. I work in the big hotel industry (same standards as Hilton hotels) as a front desk agent and found his approach to the guests as the model of service for everyone. 10/10 recommend it is close to the metro and historical sights.

Fantastic hotel, pretty basic but it’s everything you need. Lovely rooms, helpful staff, taxis outside pretty much constantly to take you where ever you need to go, breakfast was ok, not the best but I can’t complain, it done the job. Fantastic location for the price.
I’d return in a heart beat.

Clean, good location and good service. But, very untalentedly designed rooms, sink in the hallway near the entrance, shower and toilet in black marble boxes, claustrophobic, impractical, water comes out into the hallway. Poor accessories for the bathroom. Realistically, the hotel should have three stars, not four… The price is high compared to what is offered.

Second visit to The Westminster for a family weekend trip to London. We're big fans of Hilton hotels due to their guaranteed connecting rooms. The only complaint my family have about the rooms is the open plan bathroom / glass door toilet.
Unfortunately on this visit the breakfast was very disappointing. Monday breakfast finished at 1100. We arrived before 103p and there wasn't a lot left. No bacon, egg, hash browns or beans. I waited a while and asked the omelette station guy but when the bacon came it was cold. The eggs and had browns never got replenished.
Day 2 we arrived 45 minutes before the end of service. This time the hot food was available but the hash browns were stone cold. The pancake machine had run out and we waited for it to be replenished. It ran out again and with over 20 minutes of service left to go the machine was not in use. Waited a while for cups to be replenished too. Overall, breakfast was a huge disappointment.
I'd be hesitant to return given the breakfast this time but overall, the rooms are good and the locations isn't too bad - 10 minute walk to Westminster.

During our recent stay, we had the pleasure of being assisted by VJ, the hotel concierge, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, VJ went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience.

He took the time to understand what we were looking for, offering fantastic recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. His knowledge of the area was remarkable, and every suggestion he made turned out to be absolutely perfect. Beyond his expertise, it was VJ’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made such a lasting impression.

No request was too big or too small – he handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a smile. Thanks to VJ, our trip was not only seamless but truly special.

This is my second time staying at the Westminster hotel. I choose it principally because of its proximity to my office, but it is also a very civilised and comfortable place to stay. Best of all, for me as a visually impaired person, the staff strike an amazing balance between Giving me the help I need whilst still being unobtrusive and discreet.

The rooms I have stayed in have been a good size and very comfortable. I’m not normally a big fan of “ accessible rooms” , having too many shin level objects to collide with, but I thought room 323 worked reasonably well, with all the grab handles and alarms that some customers with mobility impairments would appreciate, whilst managing to still be relatively stylish and easy to navigate for a visually impaired person.

Overall, this is somewhere that I will look to return to, when the rates are low enough.
