I had a truly wonderful experience at Spa & Massage in Earl’s Court yesterday. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The team greeted me warmly and offered a lovely cup of tea while I waited — a small but thoughtful touch that immediately set a relaxing tone.

The massage itself was exceptional. I had requested a female therapist and she was absolutely professional, attentive, and skilled. She took the time to ask about my preferences and any areas of tension before we began. The treatment was perfectly balanced — deeply relaxing yet targeted where I needed it most.

What I appreciated most was the genuine care throughout the session — I never felt rushed, and everything from the lighting to the soft background music helped me completely unwind.

As someone with a busy lifestyle, this was exactly the reset I needed. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably less tension in my shoulders and back. I’ll definitely be returning, and would highly recommend the Earl’s Court location to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional massage experience in London.

Amazing experience! I booked an 1hr deep tissue massage with Roxanne, and it was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She gave the perfect amount of pressure that I liked, and got so many of the knots out of my shoulders and back. I didn’t realise I had so many! I felt so much more relaxed and lighter after the treatment. I even had an amazing night sleep considering I struggle with my sleep. After the treatment, she kindly offered me some complimentary herbal tea which tasted so nice. I will definitely be booking again with Roxanne, and highly recommend!

Also I want to mention the lovely receptionist, Ramona, was so helpful and welcoming. Sometimes the staff at spas and salons can be rude or unwelcoming, but I didn’t feel that once here. Everyone was super nice and friendly! Even the other massage therapists who walked into reception said hello to me. Will definitely be coming back to the Earl’s Court clinic.

This is my third visit and I always have the best treatments here. My wonderful masseuse told me about my twisted pelvis which I had no idea about but I've later found is linked to the lower back pain I've been experiencing. A lovely, relaxing spa with expert staff. I'll continue going here again and again!

I booked a full-body deep tissue massage, and as an avid runner and cyclist who spends much of the day at a desk, I often suffer from body aches.

The staff at Spa & Massage were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with the most amazing cup of tea—honestly, I’d return just for that tea (it was soo good!).

The treatment itself was nothing short of amazing. The room was calming and I had plenty of time to settle in before the massage began. The deep tissue work was exactly what I needed, and the lavender oil used was so smooth, leaving me feeling rejuvenated.
This was undoubtedly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, definitely the top one in London and I’ve already decided to add monthly sessions to my routine.

I highly recommend Spa & Massage, especially the Earls Court branch. It’s a gem!

I got the aromatherapy massage and it was amazing. Zina was my massage therapist and she was very nice, focused on my problem areas. The massage was very calming and the aromatherapy oil was amazing. The receptionist lady was so helpful and she’s very patient when explaining everything. Overall, a very relaxing experience.
