Me and my mum visited recently for my birthday and had the most amazing experience. We was greeted with champagne by the lovely staff who were so friendly and helpful. We used the steam room and mud razul which was incredible and left my skin so soft. I also had a cyro glow facial which was amazing and left my skin so glowy and fresh. The crystal decor was gorgeous and the lounge area was so nice to relax with the calming music. Will definitely be back!!!

The Spa at Intercontinental Park Lane is amazing, while the team is the kindest you can dream of. Top pick, the Dermalux LED, great for skin benefits, from collagen production and hydratation to reducing inflamation with only couple of sessions. I strongly recommend! Sever

My friend and I booked the Festive Escape for Two. We have been warmly welcomed by the spa manager who took the time to re-explain to us all the things included in the package and showed us every single places in our private area. The massage was lovely and the masseuse also took the time to understand what kind of massage each of us needed at that time. A good experience, staff was lovely and the place is just a dream! Highly recommended!

Went to visit with a friend to celebrate a birthday. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Dawn who was fantastic. We booked the spa temple and had individual treatments. The forest massage was sublime. One of the best massages I have ever had. Alice worked her magic to make me feel relaxed and grounded. The spa temple was nice with a light steam and then a warm but vigorous shower after. Haven't felt that relaxed in a long time and really enjoyed my visit and didn't want to leave! We'll be back soon! Well worth a visit!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Intercontinental Park Lane Spa. The ambiance was serene, and the treatments were luxurious. Very nice stuff and relaxing atmosphere.
The deep tissue massage was really nice too.
They also have Japanese massage chairs which is always plus!

My daughter and I cannot thank Nicole the Spa Manager enough for all her help for myself and my daughter with arranging the most perfect pre wedding mummy and daughter ?the bride to be) spa afternoon. I had the Elemis facial with Alice and it was truly one of the best I have had anywhere. My daughter the bride to be had the rose facial and she fell asleep it was that good! The ambiance was quiet and luxurious and very clean and just what we both needed after so much stress leading up to the wedding. You feel like you are cocooned in a private little sanctuary. No noise no massive rowdy parties of people. We had tea and champagne as well. We did the mud stream room and massage chairs too. Just an incredible and special few hours and would highly recommend.
