My wife and I stayed here one night as part of a Luton airport parking package (the night before our trip, and then taking our car nearer the airport the next morning).

Parking on site was free, and we received a very warm welcome. Our room was a typical Premier Inn, clean and comfortable.

There is a Beefeater restaurant on site; actually accessible through a door in the hotel.

Excellent value in all, and we’d absolutely stay again.

During my stay, I felt the service was impeccable and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful (they helped me carry my luggage to my room and the fact that I was in a wheelchair - the accessibility was amazing despite everyone else other than Renata not really taking note of me and my needs - she was attentive and made sure ai was happy and comfortable and went out of her way to assist me wherever possible). I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity and could not recommend this hotel (and Renata) to her thank you for caring

Everything was fine, except there was no air conditioning, and the wifi was struggling. There was a fan which was ok. Breakfast and the evening meal in the Beefeater next door was superb!

The bed was amazing...and the shower/bath was nice for the kids. But the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The floor was dirty, the TV hadn't been dusted in a long time and when we asked for the room to be cleaned, the floor was still dirty and one of the bins wasn't emptied...small things, but I expected better. Get what you pay for I guess.

Room was clean and tidy, good size and both receptionists were excellent, friendly and helpful. Happy to help with an early check out, no negatives ,beefeater is next door and a cracking chippy cross the road Pepes. |Would recommend 👌 handy for hospital also.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms had everything needed and was lovely and warm. The beds were also very comfortable. The housekeeping staff came daily. It was very clean. The bar attached provided a good service and the food was also very nice. Will definitely stay there again

I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper on day 2. The premier room was nothing fancy, the “smart tv” was not. If you want to watch anything but the limited channels, bring a HDMI cable and adaptor as it doesn't have blue tooth. Pillows flat. Shower was nice. The attached restaurant was decent and breakfast reasonably priced.

We asked if we could extend our stay buy one day the morning before check out and two different desk clerks said “of course, no problem” but we’d have to change rooms. Ok, that’s fine. Said, "Come back this evening when the manager is in and see if he can make it so you don't need to change rooms." We did this and tried to solidify the extra day with a credit card but they said they couldn’t because we were already booked and could not extend in their system because we were changing rooms. I asked to do a new booking, the fellow said it couldn’t be done but come back in the am and we’ll get it straightened. I specifically asked if the room was being held for us and he said yes. Guess what happened when we went to check out then check back in, the hotel had absolutely no rooms. We will not stay here again.
