Stayed at Beechwood Farm just one night & it was just perfect with its beautiful garden & peacefulness.
The room was spacious, the bathroom even more so, & the twin beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless.
Julie was away so John looked after us. He was very friendly, helpful & made us a delicious, huge breakfast. He even brought a fan to our room within 2 minutes of the request, as it was a hot day. I will happily return when I'm in the area

Just arrived home after staying the past two nights in the garden room and we couldn’t have asked for better. Julie made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived to us leaving on Sunday. She made the effort to remember our names and was the perfect host. The rooms were immaculate and were remade after our first night which we didn’t expect but really appreciated ( especially the restocked biscuits!) the breakfast was also 5 star with both full English and continental to choose from. I never take the time to review but we left feeling so chuffed we found this little gem that I couldn’t help myself! Thanks again Julie was lovely meeting you and your family

My friend and I stayed overnight at this beautiful county house bed and breakfast before attending a course at the nearby Centre of Horseback Combat. This gorgeous house is set in fabulous grounds, the host Julie is welcoming and the price was so reasonable. Included was a delicious cooked breakfast with a choice of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit salad - we were set up ready to start our day! The rooms were comfortable and clean and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Julie - we had a wonderful time! 🙂

Stayed for one night with my partner. Both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every small detail was perfect from the linen to the breakfast. Julie was lovely and very helpful and made us feel comfortable with how down to earth she was. She allowed us to walk through her gardens to have a look round. The b&b itself was beautiful. Horses went past the window as we had breakfast cooked to order. We will definitely be looking at staying again, hopefully for longer. Couldn’t have asked for more from a b&m stay.

Had a fabulous weekend here. Julie is the best host ever and made us feel so welcome. In fact we didn’t want to leave!! Gorgeous full English breakfast. Rooms perfect with every need catered for. House is set in most beautiful surroundings - everything A* - defo going back x|Karen and Jonny

Hidden gem......we needed a short break and searched for a farmhouse B &B down south...not easy to find but so pleased we persisted. What a find!!.. stayed 3 nights and it was just perfect. Rustic, comfortable and spacious room, spotless bathroom and shower. delicious breakfast. Host Julie was amazing, she could not do enough for us. I feel we have made a friend. Gorgeous animals everywhere and fulfilled an item on my bucket list being able to cuddle a lamb...what a wonderful few days..We just got back and miss it already . Can't wait to go back again.

My mum and I stayed at the farmhouse after an awful experience with a camper van! Julie so very kindly put us up at a minutes notice in her most stunning of b&b’s. You can’t ask for a better place to stay, the rooms are amazing, the breakfast was lovely, the views and surroundings stunning! Such a warm welcoming place - would love to return soon.

This B&B is set in a beautiful location. Being a working farm there are the occasional farm noises you would expect but generally it is very peaceful. The rooms were spotless and the breakfasts delicious. Julie is a very friendly host and does everything she can to make you feel at home. It is amazing that such a place exists so close to London. The area is an ideal base for walking or visiting National Trust/English Heritage places.
