Excellent setting, lovely views from the decking.

The staff are very nice and attentive, the breakfast was very tasty.

The cakes look amazing too.

I visited this place the other day, and I found that the staff were rude, the food came out cold and the waiting time was over an hour.

They have undertrained people making the coffees… the latte was made like a cappuccino and the cappuccino was made like council pop from the tap.

My mum has a severe dairy intolerance and I watched as they did not clean the spray nozzles at all…

The manager, a small woman with short hair, was seen on the phone during the rush of the day and vaping out front with no care to the staff or customers.

I also felt like I was being fat shamed as they looked me up and down when I ordered my food, offering me the side salad in replacement for some chips… having lost 200 pounds already this really stumped me and made me feel horrible!

Would never recommend!!!!!!!!!

Roasted vegetable panini was a joke. One strip of pepper, two button mushrooms and a sun-dried tomato.

Shame because I have had some v good breakfasts here before.

Food is acceptable. Service and wait was extremely disappointing. Took over an hour for two Panini's and chips. Would not recommend or come back.

This is a fantastic facility with friendly helpful staff, the food is of an average standard. The only reason it’s 3 stars is because there isn’t a 1/2 option and the one thing that really drags my rating down is as an area that will have lots of dog walkers and more than likely exclusively dog walkers on dreary rainy days the cafe facilities are essentially outside or two tables in the reception as they don’t permit dogs in the cafe. I think this probably loses them a significant trade.

Food choice was poor and overpriced. Coffee disappointing.
The best part was sitting on the terrace overlooking the heronry in the sunshine.

A thriving, bustling cafe with a wildlife observation platform with incredible views. As an added bonus they also serve wine, which made me very happy. I didn't eat but the food looks good and it had good wifi and is dog friendly.

Nice spot but why did they lose the jacket potato’s? Now just sad sad paninis on offer😢 stop relying on your views and put a decent menu on please!
