Visted Inkies after several recommendations and boy am I glad I did! This place is somewhere different and the food is insanely delicious and the staff are so friendly and attentive! The atmosphere is great and the fact that there are beautiful woodland walks to enjoy to work off all the incredible food you've eaten makes it just perfect! Would highly recommend.

Absolute gem of a place, at 1:30 on a Thursday in early April the car park was rammed! That's how good the food is! The lady serving is incredible, so calm and unflustered with the queue. The burger was delicious and delivered to the table in very good time considering how busy it was. The rhubarb iced lemonade is excellent btw
Would definitely go back again... Maybe even tomorrow!

1 year on, and I'll still be reviewing this place with 5* across the board. If I could give it more? I would.
The last time we were here, we ordered twice 😂 and this time? Once to go and once on our travel back. If there was anywhere in cornwall, food wise, I wish had more publicity. More funds to extend and could be on every tourist, local, and UK residents 'places to visit before you die' here would be one.

The staff is impeccable. The efficiency is amazing. The food? Honestly? Perfection. We can't fault you at all.

To anyone reading this? Just do the trip, try it. You'll not regret it. It's a meat lovers, foodies heaven.

Saw this online looking for places to eat in the Liskard area! We walked out Collie down to Goliath Falls and had the most amazing smoked meats at Inkies, this place is an unknown legend. My Kansas burger and burnt ends were juicy and full of flavour in fact the
burger was the best I've ever had! Mac n Cheese with beef was well received and the portions are just silly! My wife's pulled pork roll needed two more rolls! Anyway go out of the way a little if in this area or it's worth the detour if passing through. Amazing experience!

Wow! I’m glad we stumbled across these guys. I’ve tried a few burgers in my time & I can honestly say it was one of (if not) the best burger I’ve had.
Generous portion sizes too! Great friendly service from all the staff & it felt the place a good vibe. After all the delicious food, you can take a nice stroll around the woodland which is beautiful.

Probably some of the best BBQ in the uk. I worked for an Austin based company for ten years so have visited all the main spots (franklins, interstellar, Leeroy and Lewis) and I have to say Inkies brisket is up there (bold claim I know) I wish they sold by the slice/pound and not just in wraps or baps) Mac n cheese is crazy good too. Also beautiful woods too.

We had a great experience with the food during our short stay in the area, which was recommended by our Airbnb host. It did not disappoint! The portions are generous, and the food is amazing. We enjoyed breakfast there twice and also had dinner. My favorites were the pancakes and the bacon bap.

The queue to order and get a table was probably around 10 minutes, but that really isn't a problem. Staff are very helpful and friendly - even when rushed off their feet.
We mentioned a member of our party is gluten free and they checked whether it was preference or coeliac and then confirmed that they had ordered something suitable. Following on from this, when the food was brought to the table the server gave a run down of the sauces that were on the table that were and weren't suitable.
The food was fantastic and we're looking forward to going back to try the other items on the menu.
