From the welcoming afternoon cup of tea on arrival to our final breakfast cup of coffee 36 hours later we enjoyed the most heavenly B&B stay we've ever experienced. There was absolutely nothing we could suggest to Katherine improve the level of comfort and homeliness - they have the whitest towels we've ever seen! As for the breakfast - words fail me; every imaginable option was available, all cooked and served to perfection, but the icing on the cake was undoubtedly was the warmth of Katherine's welcome, her attention to every single detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to make her guests stay such a memorable one.

Just returned from a fabulous break in Cornwall, where we stayed at Trevartha Farm for 2 nights. What a hidden Gem! Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The location and bed and breakfast is beautiful. Inside the rooms are big and comfortable, tastefully decorated, including every thing you need. The attention to detail is amazing! Kath is an excellent host, so welcoming that we really felt like part of her family! Breakfast was fantastic, using home and local produce. I would most definitely recommend a stay here!!!

Have just had another fabulous week with Kathryn and Trevor. Have visited on previous occasions and always enjoyed the welcome, food and location. My wife and I would highly recommend the accomodation. We had the front room with the "four poster" but on previous occasions had other rooms. All have always being well presented and kept impeccably clean. The location gives good access to the many popular areas for visiting. Best wishes for the future.

A wonderful surprise just ouside Liskeard! Kathryn warmly welcomed us, the room was fantastic, really spacious, high quality finished and absolutely comfortable! This place absolutely deserves a visit, and we are upset to have spent just one only night there. Breakfast was great and rich, and the wifi was perfectly working. Just a little cons: the farm is not so easily reachable, but it's a thing you forget once arrived!

After spending the previous night beside the fast lane of the A303, we felt the tension drain away as we slowly wove our way down the tiny country lane leading to Upper Trevartha - and silence! We were welcome by Kathryn with the offer of tea and home made saffron buns, served in the beautiful garden. Our twin room was perhaps a bit on the 'cosy' side, but there was plenty of space for an overnight stay, and the beds were deliciously comfortable. Kathryn reeled off a long list of breakfast options, including smoked salmon scrambed egg, or 'full english', (our choices), which all sounded inviting, but best of all was the warm plum compote and Greek yoghurt. There were plenty of other options, too, and -Mmm! - my mouth is watering even now. We look forward to going back again to explore the lovely countryside surroundings.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights late September and after a long drive from London and a bit of fluffing about trying to find the place, turning the last corner was like driving into a post card.. Set in beautiful rural Cornwall the nicely preserved old farm house was a sight for road weary eyes.||||Kath the owner is very warm and welcoming and despite our protests, hauled up 60kg of our baggage when our backs were turned. I'm told that the room with the four poster bed is the one to go for, but we were very happy with our room. It was very clean and homey and the bed was large with a soft mattress. Our bathroom was just out the door but it didn't matter.||||Breakfast was a treat, a big English style breakfast made anyway you like and great coffee and tea. Kath will take your order the night before. Brekky was served at a large table in the downstairs dining room and although we're middle aged and live in Japan, we shared some great breakfast conversation with some wonderful British retirees. One of the chaps was a dead ringer for John Cleese and clearly loved his Jag.||||I recommend Higher Trevartha farm to anybody wanting to get away and smell the real country air (it's also a working dairy farm) and is looking for a good nights sleep, a hearty breakfast, some pleasant conversation a stones throw from many of the interesting activities Cornwall has to offer.

We stayed at Higher Trevartha farm for three nights and the hospitality from Kathryn was fantastic, we would go as far to say it was the best B&B that we have stayed in. Wonderful room, lovely breakfasts and Kathryn made so much effort to make sure our stay was happy. Wonderful time😊 Thank you Kathryn we will deffinately be back.

Have returned to higher Trevartha. Such a delightful location with a superb host Kath ||So many home comforts with excellent choices for breakfast. Room as always, immaculate and filled with goodies.||This is my stay of choice when in the area. Highly recommended
