Amazing! Sammy was so welcoming and made us feel very welcome. We had Room 2 which was brilliant - very large room with a great view of the river, boats and bridge. It was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent - a great choice consisting of fruit & juice, cereals, yogurts, a wide variety of teas and spreads and then there was also a choice of cooked breakfasts. The waitresses were attentive, friendly and catered to our needs.
The location is great - it’s close to the beach, a variety of shops, restaurants and takeaways, the train station, parking - making it a great base.
Would definitely like to return - the sooner the better!

Stayed overnight as part of our SWCP walk. Good location and friendly welcome. |Room was fine with a nice view. A bit on the small side with two cases and bathroom didn’t have a lot of space. Shower was good.|Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty.

We stayed at Bridgeside for one night whilst walking the South West Coast Path. My teenage son and I stayed in room 5 with our cockapoo. Sammy was very welcoming and made us a much needed cup of tea with biscuits when we arrived. Bridgeside is in a great location, close to the town centre and plenty of places to eat out in the evening. The beds were comfy and the towels soft. The breakfast next morning was delicious and included doggy breakfast (2 sausages) which was a lovely touch. Thank you!

Terrific stay here. Great location on the east side of the bridge. Sammy is a very welcoming host and provided great advice on a local eatery which was excellent. He also helped me out when I inadvertently left my phone charger behind by ensuring it was transferred on to my next location.
Very comfortable room and a great breakfast
Definitely recommend a stay here.

Room was perfect, clean and comfortable, lovely location and a extremely informative welcome book in the room. Vegetarian breakfast was lovely and they where happy to cook it early for me as had a long drive back home. Would definitely stay here again Many thanks

We stayed here for just one night whilst walking the South West Coast Path with the dog. ||This was the cheapest accommodation on our 10-day walk, and we were concerned that it might be a sign of the quality, but that wasn’t the case. It was an excellent stay, and just extremely good value. ||First impressions are important, and the very friendly greeting set the tone. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was very relaxed and friendly. ||There’s nothing not to like and I’d recommend it to others.

Amazing B&B !!!!|Fantastic location with beautiful views of the harbour.|Our room was perfect for 3 adults, we even had our own little outside space with table and chairs (room 5). Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean, tea and coffee facilities and bottled water.|The owners are truly amazing, very helpful, polite and friendly.|Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and great sized portions.|Thank you for a lovely stay we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back very soon.

We have just had a fabulous couple of days staying at Bridgeside Sammy and his team are fabulous hosts very warm and welcoming, the rooms are bright, very clean and with great facilities. We had a room overlooking the harbour/bridge. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back thank you Sammy and team *****
