We've never been in a Cook store before, but someone recently bought us a gift card.

As we were on holiday in the area we decided that Cook would be an easy option for dinners.

The meals were delicious and the staff who served us were brilliant. So helpful and friendly. There was an issue with our gift card but the two ladies were so calm and patient as they worked it out.

I bought the side of peas and leaks
The leaks were so hard my mother could not chew them. I had followed the instructions correctly. So a bit disappointed as everything else I have bought fron The Cook Shop has been fine.

Wonderful! We tried a Cook Christmas dinner for three of us. It was very good, so much less effort, and for some reason we felt less overfull after, even though there was some left. The gravy was very good, which is always a difficult thing. Will do the same next year, thankyou for so much choice.

We use Cook for a few weeks now and are absolutely happy with the service and the quality of the food. We are steadily working our way through the menu and haven't come across anything so far that hasn't been very tasty. Highly recommended.

Very nice shop and friendly assistant. Hoping to buy a prawn or beef curry, but it seemed to be all chicken!!!! Not sure if COOK do a beef or prawn curry? Bought loads, but a bit disappointed.

Of all the Cook stores I have used Lymington staff are the most helpful and friendly, and Becky the store manager is a little gem.
Highly recommend nothing to much trouble for them.
