Thoroughly recommend Butchers on the green!
Alex was very helpful and was able to provide an excellent whole lamb, of the exact size that was required. Everyone enjoyed the top quality of the meat!
Also really impressed with the variety of meat choices. We tried the chicken kievs from their ready to cook section and they were delicious! Bacon and sausages very good too and prices are reasonable!
Definitely worth a visit or two!

Good holiday starts with a good butcher & we found & good butcher in the butchers on the green.
Amazing meat of all shapes. Definitely a must if you are on holiday, we had wonderful meat to put on our bbq & we bought quite a bit back with us. Alex also has a butchers in Brockenhurst which is just a good 👍
Will be using again next year when we go back.

So good. The quality of meat from this shop is extraordinary : no need to go to Danestream etc. This stuff is top notch. The steak (sirloin) last night - a bit of self indulgence - was exquisite. Previously chicken, bangers and pork has all been excellent. So there you have it- top drawer quality and reliable. Yum!

Always great service from the guys here.
Thier produce is great quality, as locally sourced as possible. But this does mean that the stock can change week to week.
They generally will always have the staples in though, like great beef and amazing sausages.
And all the products (sausages, burgers, mini roasts) are made by them and normally gluten free.

If you want the best bacon you'll ever taste ask for the beer & black treacle, cured themselves, makes amazing breakfast.
And if you like spice, see if they have thier Carolina reaper sausages in, totally knock your pants off!!

Had a birthday BBQ for 30 people. Burgers, sausages, chicken skewers plus even some vegi things supplied. All were excalent and comments included best burgers ever tasted, any more sausages! Thank you very much Butchers on the Green
