Absolutely recommend Fosters Catering for your wedding!

As recommended suppliers for Ufton it made so much sense to go with Fosters, and our decision was cemented even further with our flexible they were with our 'abnormal' wedding day timeline and requests

Darren and Kirsty were always happy to answer our questions on how the day would run, and coming up with ideas on how to make it smooth and keeping everyone fed throughout the day. They're definitely wedding pros! From serving our welcome drinks to sorting out cheese and biscuits in the evening, they smashed it all.

We also asked for our favourite ciders to be available behind the bar, Fosters came through with the goods for us!

For our early evening food, we opted for the flatbreads and pizzas, we've had rave reviews from everyone, ourselves included, on how delicious everything was! And so fun to see the pizzas being made in front of you!

From start to finish, Foster's Catering was absolutely phenomenal to work with! Planning a wedding from a different time zone seemed like a logistical nightmare at first, but the Foster’s team made everything feel seamless. They were incredibly responsive, understanding, and always one step ahead when it came to accommodating our questions and last-minute changes.
On the big day, their service was flawless—professional, friendly, and so thoughtful in every detail. One of the biggest highlights of the evening (and we still hear about it from our guests!) was the evening pizza they served. It was the perfect late-night snack, and people are still talking about how good it was! Honestly, it made the night feel even more fun and relaxed.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Darren, Kirsty, and the entire Foster's team for our wedding. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, offering expert advice on everything from drink quantities to the perfect timing for food and guest arrivals. Their attention to detail was unmatched, and they even helped us plan the preliminary order of the day, making sure everything flowed seamlessly.

The menu was incredibly flexible, and they accommodated all our dietary needs, including vegan and celiac guests, without any issues. Their knowledge and experience were evident throughout the planning process, and they were always on hand to answer any questions, making the whole process so much easier for us.

On the big day, they took care of thepre-agreed table layouts, which took a huge weight off our shoulders, and the food was absolutely incredible. We received endless compliments about the delicious BBQ food, and guests were raving about the crème brûlée desert, some even claimed it was the best they’d ever had! But the evening pizzas was a real crowd-pleaser, going down a storm with everyone.

We wholeheartedly recommend Darren, Kirsty, and the Foster's team to anyone looking for a catering service that goes beyond expectations. Their dedication and personal touch made our wedding day unforgettable!

Amazing, amazing amazing!!

We booked Fosters for our wedding which happened last weekend.

The whole process was seamless, from the initial booking, the consultation, the food tasting, to the big day.

Communication was excellent from the team when we've needed to ask some stupid questions, to changing some info due to dietary needs changing for different guests.

On the big day, we were not disappointed, everything was exactly as it should have been and above that. The food was amazing, and our guests were very happy, with their only complaint being full up from eating too much.

We couldn't recommend fosters catering more!! We hired Fosters to cater for our wedding in February at Ufton Court and they really delivered!

We were so impressed by the quality and presentation of the food during our meal tasting, we couldn't wait for everyone to try it on the day. Sometimes wedding food can be a bit disappointing, but there's nothing disappointing about Fosters! We had so many compliments about the food... from the canapes to the wedding breakfast and especially the evening food truck. People are still commenting about how tasty it was!!

Not only that, the whole team were lovely and helpful on the day. The team helped us with packing away our bits at the end of the day which was so appreciated!

Darren and Kirsty along with the whole team at Fosters Catering looked after us perfectly both before and on our wedding day. We got married on 3rd August 2024 at Ufton Court, and the whole day went smoothly, from canapés and drinks on the terrace, to the wedding breakfast, to the cake cutting, to the pizza in the evening. Fosters were able to meet the needs of our coeliac, vegan and vegetarian guests with no problems, and the food was all delicious. They were able to answer all of our questions and they even helped us to plan and manage the timings of the day, making the whole planning process a lot easier. We would definitely recommend them.

Fosters catering done an amazing job at our April 2025 wedding at ufton court. They were so communicative right up until the day and made it so easy to make changes to the menu etc. Everyone raved how good the food was for the wedding breakfast and then the evening food! Food being a big part of mine and my husbands relationship, it was so important the food was right for our day, we cannot fault one thing that fosters provided! Not only was the food amazing but the transaction and changeover of the barn between each part of the day was brilliant and they made my vision come true with how everything looked!

We chose Fosters as our caterers for our wedding at Ufton last Saturday (02/11/2024) and we cannot recommend them enough!! Darren and Kirsty along with the whole team at Fosters Catering were so clear and communicative throughout, from the numerous wedding fairs, to the menu tasting and email correspondence, and really looked after us and all our guests superbly on the day, being able to cater for all our guest dietary needs including Coeliacs, Vegans, Vegetarians, nut allergy sufferers and specifically my cousin who has ME and very specific dietary requirements. I know I (as an allergy sufferer myself) and everyone felt safe, reassured and extremely grateful that their needs were understood and catered for. The day itself ran so smoothly, and Darren, Kirsty and the team deserve massive credit for that, from helping to set up the barn, making the cocktails we had done for the drinks reception (which went down well), the canapés, the wedding breakfast and the evening pizzas all of which was absolutely delicious! A particular shout out to the pizza crew that evening, who many guests have told us were very entertaining and had fantastic banter! They were very accommodating of any last minute drop outs as well, and a genuine pleasure to work with to make our day so special. We will miss seeing them around! Massive thank you once again.
