Superb accommodation, staff friendly and helpful. Set in beautiful countryside and walking distance to beach.

We stayed here for 5 days with our two children aged 5 & 7. They loved the park and would have been happy to spend hours there making new friends! The park is lovely and peaceful yet close to lots of different adventures. You can walk to a lovely pebble beach or 10mins drive to some gorgeous sandy beaches. Local towns were worth a visit. The caravan was super clean and much more spacious than I imagined. The people running the park, Sarah & Shaun were so helpful in guiding us on where to go and nice family friendly places to eat. If you are looking for a base to explore the New Forest, I would highly recommend Downton.

We needed some where close to our home to stay and we were lucky to discover this gem of a holiday park. Shaun and Sarah are a lovely caring couple who manage this immaculate park. We stayed in two of their caravans which are clean , comfortable and spacious. We were surprised at how peaceful and restful our stay was.||The park is close to local beaches and the village of Milford on Sea and not far from the New Forest. You could not be disappointed staying here!

Downton is a lovely park run by a lovely couple. It has a great little play area that my two and three year olds love. The Park is super clean and well kept. It’s ideally situated for a walk or short drive to the beach and many local attractions. We have stayed at the Park twice now and are just planning our third visit since April. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic long weekend with friends here. Shaun and Sarah were so helpful with our last minute booking. The caravans and site were spotless. A wonderful place to spend time with friends in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back!

Small but quiet and very clean caravan park. We have booked 2 nights in a 8 berth caravan for the spring bank holiday weekend. Booking and payment via phone went nice and smooth. All questions regarding our stay have been answered fully. Caravan was very clean with fully equipped kitchen. It was 7 of us including 3 kids but we can easily managed to accomodate ourselves. There is a playground for kids if needed.We have been all day at Bornemouth and Poole sandy beaches and have not been on the nearest one which is rocky one. It's around 5-7 minutes driving to nearest shops.
I highly recommend this caravan park. I'll be back there next time.

Lovely family run holiday park. Very relaxing with so much to do nearby, and the beach only a short walk away! The staff are super friendly and helpful, never had a problem. Dog friendly with lots of great walks and pubs for them too!

Great quiet location, extremely well maintained site and caravans. Dog friendly caravans available which we have used on numerous occasions. But you really wouldn't know dogs had been in them. Welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.
