Just returned from a weekend at Tregoad Holiday Park feeling totally relaxed and recharged with some great mum/daughter memories made. The accommodation was pefectly clean, spacious and comfortable and we soon felt at home. |The park app is fairly easy to navigate and we quickly booked our table at the restaurant, swim sessions and aqua jets. The Barn pool, sauna and steam room facilities are amazing, and the pool itself has a spectaular view across the valley. |The aqua jets were awesome fun and worth the extra cost, just for the grin on my daughters face.|We ate at Stargazy Bar & Grill on two nights, there is a good choice of dishes and both times the food was fantastic. We even enjoyed live music whilst dining outside on the second night. |We tried our hand at Frisbee Golf and although we were not very good at it, we had the most fun trying.|We visited Looe and the local wildlife park, all within a short drive of the park.|The team throughout the park were all so welcoming - from reception, to the restaurant, poolside, the maintenance staff and even the young lad that first came to my rescue to help jump start my car - nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with ease, a smile and a chat.|Can't fault anything. Highly recommend a stay here.

I was staying local with family and decided to use the pool facilities. I am an amputee and enquired about the disabled access prior to booking. The staff on the phone were fantastic, making sure I felt supported so I could book. When I arrived, I was met by Andy , pool attendant, what a fantastic guy, so helpful. The disabled facilities at this place are brilliant, clean and modern with everything I needed at hand. Andy went above and beyond which was very much appreciated. The pool was accessible, warm and I had no issues at all. They have lots of changing rooms with hair dryers and costume dryer. We then went for lunch in the bar and the food and staff were excellent. I have been back twice this week. Such good value.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a superior lodge with a hot tub. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, modern and fresh. They left a box of dog treats, which was a very thoughtful touch. Loved the dog agility park, the football field for the kids. Beautiful pool/sauna/steam room and cold water shower. Great clubhouse, with very good food and drinks throughout the day. Really helpful staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Stunning outside space, with a playpark, lots of gorgeous seating with fire pits and a dog washing station! We would definitely go again, we had a very good deal through hoseasons which made this trip possible. When we checked out, the receptionist did mention to book directly for a discount on a second stay.

Have just returned from a week at Tregoad Holiday Park in Looe stayed in a signature 2 bed dog friendly with hot tub.|Check in was at 4 but they called at 1 to say accommodation was ready which I thought was nice on arrival check in was good with friendly staff I have to say all of the staff are friendly and they always speak when passing. The Lodge was just down from reception and was very nice maybe tried to cram a lot in but it does work nice welcome pack for the dog and some biscuits and stuff for the adults. The park itself is immaculate the best I,have ever stayed on all of the grounds are very well kept 1st class 👏 There is an online bus stop with buses into Looe £6 run for an adult which is good downside is they are only every 2hrs a d stop at 6pm but saves driving.|The only negative I have is that we had an issue with the hot tub in that it wouldn't heat up properly and some of the jets weren't working this was reported to reception on the Wednesday whee nothing appeared to happen I then spoke to a lad looking at next doors hot tub on Thursday who said he would sort it which he did sort the jets but still not warm so again reported it to reception on Friday when eventually it got sorted.|So paying a lot of money for a lodge with a hot tub to then go 2 days without being able to use it was not very good at all and would put me off booking with Waterside holidays again I'm afraid.

Beautiful Holiday Park. Dog friendly, lovely gardens, good bar. Vans are spotless, new with fantastic views! Lots of wildlife. Dog agility, forest walks and super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Holiday homes and lodges for sale

had our second holiday in one of your cottages, really love this place.the staff on reception were so pleasant and helpful.and the staff in the stargazy restaurant were fantastic,food was brilliant.
we went in the new swimming pool sauna and steam room which was my first time ever.the pool staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome .we will definitely be coming down again.

Well where do I start we are still here at the moment, from the time we arrived they made us feel really welcome, the accommodation was impeccably clean as was the holiday park, with everything we needed to start our holiday, we're now on day 4 of our holiday and feel exactly the same about this beautiful holiday park.

All The Staff on the site are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. The food and drinks in the Stargazy are always served with a smile by lovely staff. What more can I say but a huge thank you for making our holiday amazing, we are returning in September Regards K Richards

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely location, beautiful grounds, well landscaped sympathetically. Cottages were well equipped and comfortable. Staff were so delightful, always professional and friendly but prepared to help.
