Excellent B&B hosts were amazing and a beautiful location, the rooms were spacious and had everything you needed for a stay there, plenty of storage,a well equipped welcome tray and spacious bathroom with lovely fluffy towels, all rooms were themed and had a very comfy king size bed. The hosts Jen and Alan were amazing and the breakfast was freshly cooked to your needs a really great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this B&B as a great place to stay, will be going there again.

Had a really great time there with the family. Jen and Allen are such great hosts and provide such useful tips for places to eat and to visit, even in the run-up to staying there. Great breakfast and lovely family room with great view into the distance to Kingsand harbour. Cawsand and Kingsand are great for eating out in the evening and a bit of a hidden gem in Cornwall as most people just go to the west part of Cornwall only. Enjoyed also taking the Cawsand ferry from Cawsand beach over to Plymouth and visiting Barbican area and National Marine Aquarium. Only regret was not staying there longer to have time to visit other places like Mount Edgcumbe and Whitsand Bay.

We stayed at Coombe House in June 2025. Jen is fantastic. She really has the personal touch with all her guests. Including catering for my son and his dietary requirements. Jen is very welcoming and great for advice on the local area and family days out. I would strongly recommend Coombe House.

Stayed with family at Coombe House B&B whilst attending a wedding at Mount Edgcumbe House. Excellent B&B - host Jen greeted us all on arrival, very friendly and made us all feel very welcome. She has invaluable knowledge of the local area and is more than willing to help with any information that is required - also amazed you remembered everyone's names!|All rooms are well appointed/equipped, all a good size and very clean, with wonderful sea views from 3 of them.|Breakfast was very good, Jen working exceptionally hard to make sure all requests were catered for with Allen doing a stirling job in the kitchen.|Great location with Cawsand and Kingsand just a 10 minute walk away. |Thank you Jen and Allen for making our special weekend all that more special.

Lovely warm welcome and delicious breakfast with all the cooked, cold options. Comfortable bed. Really recommend. Not too far from Cawsand centre with great places to eat and a little beach.

We were made very welcome Jen couldn't do anough for you and cooked us good breakfast and Allen made his marmalade room was very comfortable and had a sea view plenty of hot water as well we soon felt at home

We spent a wonderfully relaxing few days at Coombe House and thoroughly recommend it. Jen is a great hostess and nothing is too much trouble, you really feel at home. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and set you up for the day. Lovely garden to relax in with views down to the sea. Ideally placed for an evening stroll down to the seafront with an excellent choice of pubs with good food and real ale. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Coombe House. Jen was a wonderful host and our room was very comfortable and had a great sea view. Breakfast was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Coombe House and this area of Cornwall which is so lovely and very relaxing with beautiful scenery and lots of interesting places to visit.|Lyn & Richard
