I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment . It was clear that they treat non-indian customers differently. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming and dismissive, while I noticed they were much more attentive to Indian clients. I was given poor service, and my concerns were ignored when I tried to address them.

No one should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome based on their background. If you’re looking for a place that treats all customers with respect, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
This is a response to your comment I stand by my review. You’ve clearly mistaken me for someone else—I definitely had the money. I’m entitled to share my experience and opinion on how I was treated. The workers were absolutely rude, and their behavior was discriminatory. Instead of trying to discredit me, maybe focus on treating your customers with more respect.”

The Indian massage was worth it and the price is good too. It really helped with my back stress. Saraswati was really nice and professional. They also provide you a place to shower later so you can go home or anywhere refreshed after the massage.

I went with my partner after booking over the phone, as I arrived it was obvious our custom wasn't welcome , she hesitated to open the door. When the lady came to give the massage she glanced up the hall at my partner as I was already and looked at me and said to the receptionist "no I don't want to" and then said can you help me with the thing " clearly hinting she wanted to talk to say she didn't want to deal with us. looking in disgust. Clearly this is a racist establishment and it makes me sick we just walked out whilst they went off to whisper . DO NOT GO HERE . EVER WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Replying back you - clearly have the wrong customer that's how much bad experiences you have because I passed the CORRECT MONEY IN HER hand and the lady gave it me back and told me to pay after so. Shortly before the two members of staff went to whisper and refuse to serve my partner. NO STAFF WAS EVEN PRESENT WEN I WALKED OUT SO HOW DARE YOU EXCUSE ME OF NOT HAVING THE FUNDS WHEN YOUR STAFF WANTED TO ACT LIKE THEY WERE TOO GOOD FOR OUR MONEY .
It shows how unprofessional and bottom barrel services you are after customers have this sort of experience and instead of apologising you call me a liar. I live right across the road il be back in to make a formal complaint you lot think you can treat people like this.

Massage was average. When I asked for receipt they told me I need to contact the owner to get a receipt. I tried contacting the owner 10 times and she still hasn't sent me the receipt. Very unprofessional

The best massage ever by Calisi.I had a bad pain in my back but with the sports massage she gave, was fantastic and mind blowing..Highly recommend.I will be back soon..

I paid for a massage and it was terrible!

Lady did not know what she was doing it was close to her finishing time it felt like she was scratching my back off I felt even more pain and tense as I left.
The ladies and reviews on can’t be true because what I experienced was not a massage considering I’ve been to multiple spas and had massages. She did want to inflict pain and I was telling her numerous times please do it lightly.

If i could give 0 star i would, the worst massage parlour ever, wanted to book 45 minutes but the lady insisted on me booking the hour guaranteeing a good massage which i said okay np, 25 minutes into the massage the lady doing my massage walks out the room saying she is done, never coming back!! Not a good massage either
