Thank you to Althems Otley team for your help and advise on a city break that I was unsure about. I've always wanted to go to Marrakesh but had a few reservations. The time and patience spent explaining about e.g reservations, transfers needs for my requirements etc from Claudia went above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving the Althams Harrogate Team a call before going to any other travel agents. We had very specific requirements as well as Disability needs, and were tied tightly to specific dates. Finding the perfect package for a very special holiday in Thailand wasn't easy, but they took the stress away. They were very knowledgeable, kind and patient and they pulled it all together perfectly. We had a lovely family holiday, making memories. Thanks to Julie, Danniella and the team.

Can’t recommend enough using Althams your local travel agent rather than a faceless online giant….Just back from our first cruise absolutely amazing…. Cannot thank althams enough particularly Claudia for her help when booking for a special birthday. Fantastic service and so helpful and knowledgeable about the various options took time to explain all the different choices and made sure we had everything planned and in place, our whole holiday experience was perfect and the service and follow up from Claudia was totally professional the only downside we had to come home! Thank you to Claudia and Althams for making a special birthday a unforgettable experience x

Sorry I can't share the positive views of others. We had a problem and I had to ring them and they were in no way helpful. Said had mad they felt. Had to go into battle myself not a great way to start a holiday.
