Lovely place to stay. The lodge is cosy, private and clean. Owners responded promptly when needed. Definitely planning on returning.

This place is not worth the money. Do NOT waste your time and money find other places, this is privately owned and they don't look after the place at all and you don't have a comeback as well as hidden charges if you don't make sure you read every tiny bit of the reservation. (which most people don't) Over priced and the owner very rude. Advertise for dogs and children, but it is definitely not safe for them outside. See pictures.
You cant use the patio area as the back door not working.
The heating takes forever to warm the room up (we were there early March 4-5C) so they don't even prepare the place for you for the price.
No hot water.
Can't use the decking area as you can't get to it, the back door don't work!
Rubbish left outside on the lawn unsafe for dogs and children.
Be careful Extra charges for Cleaning!
Be careful Extra charges for hot tub usage!
The place is not looked after inside and outside. See pics
Don't deal with the customers, don't return calls.
No warning that there a possible flooding of the roads to get to it so in bad weather (which obviously you cant predict at the time you book, but the owners should warn near the time if there are issues) the roads not for the faint hearted and not for others than 4x4's !
Not sure who owns the size of land they mention on some of their adverts as people walking passed the place!
Also fenced off fairly close to the lodge!
Do not waste your money here!

dreadful place. Do not book here, absolute middle of nowhere, no wifi, dodgy tv reception and the owners steal your deposit for things you've not used even though you say you don't want them.
