Fancied a porchetta for Christmas as opposed to the usual Turkey. Placed an order for the belly and loin for pickup from the Tallington shop. Great service and quality of pork was excellent. Also bought some wild boar steaks and bacon. Safe to say, they will be getting my business from now on.
