It was a pleasure having Pro Roasts cater our wedding, their food is delicious and generous quantities. No one had time to be hungry and many of the guests complimented the hog roast. We had the charcuterie boards for sharing starters and they were very well-laid out and easy to eat (especially speaking as the bride when I was a little preoccupied to eat as much as usual!). Lovely variety and excellent quality. Evening food was efficiently served and more than enough to go round. All staff were super friendly, especially Jon who was also the perfect level of communicative through the planning phase, laid back but very responsive to messages. They gave good alternative options, catering to a full range of dietary requirements with no bother. It was also lovely to be able to see everything on offer at the warehouse when we went to discuss booking with them at the start. We booked Pro Roasts for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! Jon and his team supplied the canapés, wedding breakfast food, bar, ice cream tricycle and hog roast for the evening, providing just the right vibe we were looking for. Jon was really happy to accommodate our requests which made our special day perfect. One of the guests mentioned it was the only wedding they had ever been to where they didn’t go hungry. The staff were excellent and we would definitely recommend.

WOW WOW WOW! Is all I’ve got to say on this wonderful company! They were amazing! The contact leading up to the wedding was amazing, they made sure every detail was covered and triple checked! The food was amazing! All of my guests were catered for and they were so helpful and attentive. We’ve had nothing but compliments about the food at our wedding! It was delicious. They really made the day special, making sure guests could have they want and making sure we were all happy! The team are great too! Really lovely and very funny. Jon and the team at Pro Roasts provided a BBQ table service meal with plenty of sides and salad for our wedding, as well as crêpes, waffles and ice-cream afterwards. The day was finished off with delicious freshly cooked pizza.
Jon provided excellent communication in the build-up and was very attentive to our need to have meat and vegetarian food separated out.

So Pro Roasts did an absolutely splended job feeding us and our guests for our wedding. We had buffet style carvery, followed by ice cream from the trike, then later on a bbq. No one went hungry, it was simply amazing and the team are lovely. 5/5!! Need a caterer then look no further.

Jon and team did a fantastic meal for our wedding at Bilston Brook, Lichfield.

We had loads of compliments on how well fed everyone was on the night with the tasty carvery and puddings (and they were very much on the ball with having the dietaries/allergies well covered among our guests too). The team did brilliantly to keep the buffet line moving swiftly so all 160 guests weren’t waiting long to eat.

At the initial booking enquiry stage we visited Jon at the Pro Roasts storage/Office HQ and he helped shape the food offering to our vision and it was great to see that delivered on the day. Thanks again!
