What a lovely find with free parking. June and Greg are such great hosts. Thoughtful knowledgeable and lovely people. Went for 4 nights stay anniversary and birthdays. Such lovely extra touches birthday card and bubbly for anniversary. The room was good size downstairs overlooking a beautifully created and tended to garden with little areas to sit in. Breakfast plentiful continental and in the afternoons homemade cake in dining room which was superb . We are at Thomas Daniel 2 minutes walk away and Hooked in the city centre caught bus to Falmouth and visited Port Isaac on way there . Short walk into town or there are several buses if you don't fancy the walk. Thank you again both we had a lovely time.

Very beautiful accommodation only a short ten minute walk away from the town centre.||Beautiful garden which you could sit in, surrounded by wonderful flowers etc. I was in the ground floor room which was spacious and decorated to a very high standard. Good quality linens used with a modern bathroom to boot. ||Things I really loved:||- free cake and as many hot drinks as you want in the dining room|- free parking |- tea and biscuits in the room |- wonderful service ||Things that would take the property to even better:||- continental breakfast lacked hams/salamis |- the drinks machine ran out of milk I think, I added a dash of milk from the fridge but made the drink a bit too like warm!|- the bed is soft, prefer a little firmer |- room was a little stuffy, of course you can open a window but I didn’t want to do that whilst sleeping ||On the whole, amazing place to stay

I don't usually write reviews, unless I find somewhere simply special. Townhouse Rooms for me is that.|Booked relatively short notice, as needed somewhere to stay for the night after attending a performance at Hall For Cornwall. The trip was a birthday surprise for my mum, and Townhouse Rooms did not disappoint! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, ours had views of the beautiful garden. Tea/coffee and biscuits in the rooms were lovely - and the homemade cake in breakfast area was divine! We were very impressed with the selection of options at breakfast too. The owners are very friendly and attentive, thank you for such a lovely stay. |The only downside was not having enough time to sit and read for an hour or two in the garden! I would choose to stay here again the next time we're staying overnight in Truro.

Beautiful building and rooms on probably the best street in Truro. Excellent hosts who go out of their way to help, give advice and chat.|Short walk into town and plenty of eateries within a short distance.||Rooms are large and airy with all the modern touches. Tea and biscuit's provided and a kitchen on the ground floor where you can get more if required. Owner also makes and sells her own cakes from the dining area. Breakfast is a continental help yourself affair with plenty to choose from.

Amazing place. Stunning property, most informative host in June ever. Just about to check out. Gorgeously soft bed. Everything is just better here. Gorgeous soft pillows. As I have said. Everything is just that bit better quality here. Home made cake.

Stayed here last month for a short stay in Truro. Lovely place with fantastic service. My room was priced well, and I had everything I needed for my stay. We need to talk about the bed!! The mattress was amazing. Almost like my own bed had been transported down for me 🤣🤣.

There are parking spaces for approx 8 cars if I remember correctly 🤔. Continental breakfast is offered and was good enough to set me up for the day. The walk into Truro is approx 10 mins downhill and a "little" bit more if walking back up 😉.

I genuinely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again should I visit Truro in the future.

Absolutely superb!! Just returned from a 2 night stay. What a beautiful place. The room was so comfortable and had everything you could want. June is a fabulous host and made us feel very welcome. There was onsite parking and it’s very well located for town. The breakfast was great, with a lovely choice of pastries, bread jam etc that we could help ourselves to. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.
