Este lugar es un encantador café. La sopa de té gluten-free con scones calientes y jam de fresa (había tres opciones de jam gluten-free) y muchas otras opciones gluten-free para el almuerzo y el desayuno, lo que será definitivamente volver de nuevo en otra ocasión. Mi marido tuvo el desayuno inglés completo, que también fue fantástico. Tenían una amplia variedad de pasteles, incluyendo gluten-free, dairy-free y nut-free y llevamos algunos para comer más tarde. El personal era muy amable y ayudó con la silla de bebé para nuestra bebé y se aseguró el cambio de bebé. Estoy muy recomendado.

Lovely cafe. Really delicious gluten free cream tea with warm scones and raspberry jam (there were 3 jam options) and lots of other gluten free options there for lunch and breakfast so will definitely head back again another time. My husband had the full English breakfast which was also fantastic. They had a wide variety of cakes including gluten free, dairy free and nut free and we took some to eat later. The staff were really friendly and helped us with the high chair for our baby and sorted the baby change out. Would highly recommend.

Visited for the 1st time today. The cream tea was without a doubt the best i have had. Scones were tasty, i chose the blackcurrant jam which was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe was bright and airy. Prices were very reasonable.

Absolutely loved Twister Currant! The man was so kind and welcoming, and the scone his wife made was incredibly tasty — fresh, soft, and full of flavour. A lovely little spot with a warm, personal touch. Highly recommend!

We popped into The Twisted Currant in Porthleven for a casual lunch and were pleasantly surprised by this lovely little café. The menu offers a great selection of sandwiches and cooked breakfast options, and everything feels homely and freshly made.

We went for two of the specials on the board — the chorizo ciabatta and salami ciabatta. Both were packed with flavour and served warm, just the way you’d hope. Each came with a generous side salad and a portion of homemade coleslaw, which was particularly delicious and clearly made with care.

Prices were really reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making this a great spot for a relaxed bite to eat. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere just added to the experience.

Highly recommend if you’re in Porthleven and fancy a good lunch in a cosy setting.

A lovely tea room in a pretty town. Cute outside area at the back. Dogs are welcome. I enjoyed a vegan cream tea. They catered for other dietary requirements too. I would definitely recommend a visit.

What a lovely retro lil tea room, absolute heaven for dairy free/gluten free options! I’ve never been anywhere with so much choice of cake! Rose and pistachio was dreamy, perfect flavour. Thank you so much ☺️

Lovely little cafe, very attentive staff. All the cakes homemade. We had the coronation chicken sandwich and brie and bacon. Absolutely delicious l! Best sandwich I've had in a while. The bread was light and tasty. Well recommended.
