Everything, such a worst property. Never gonna book any Fab hotel and this is my worst experience.

It all starter with the booking itself. Booking.com says nothing to pay until you check in. But just after booking, got mail from fab hotel to pay money to confirm your booking. If that’s the case, why the hell you are in booking.com. I had to call fab hotel and then paid the money.

The room was very dirty, beds are not good, stinking smell. The bathroom is in worst condition. Towels are torn out. No hot water.

Thanks god i have not stayed with family. Its not at all family hygiene.

Not sure why this hotel has 4 stars.. i guess you can get them years ago and just keep them. Please note the rooms look nothing like the photos that's all false advertising.
I had a relatively smooth check in and check out process, thankfully I didn't encounter any of the issues that the other reviewers have had but I didn't see a single member of staff for my entire stay.

Room was okay and I liked the shower but it was all stifingly hot with no air con, and I have been left with swollen bug bites from bed bugs on the bed. I recommend paying a bit more for somewhere better.

Was really pleasantly surprised as I’d recently read reviews that were pretty bad (had booked a long time ago).
The location was fab, the check in process was emailed to us and was really simple (we were also called the night before check in but I’d missed the call).
The room was basic but really clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay (and the bed was comfortable).
We’d parked in the Buzz Bingo car park which was a few minutes walk away and less than £20 for the night, so overall it was great value for money for the trip

The hotel looks great, with the design and layout really quirky. The tub was amazing and the room size was great.
Unfortunately, the lack of any staff on site to help (tv remote had no batteries) and there not being a door on the toilet (the glass door had been smashed off before we got there) were just the start of the negative aspects of our stay.
The worst part of the stay was the bed. Incredibly uncomfortable mattress, sheets that didn't fit, and a base that fell apart.

Although room was small it felt cozy and was very cute but unfortunately not cleaned well. The bathroom was the worst with smudges all over the mirror and the shower glass not being wiped at all (watermarks, soap and HAIR was stuck to it everywhere). The floor in the room also wasn't hovered or mopped as when stepped on it all the dust stuck to my feet. The pillows were very thin and seemed to have their best days far behind them. But it wasn't all negative! They provide a fan, teas and coffees and we got a lil fudge bar too, the bed was comfortable and WiFi works well. The check in process was very easy so I'd stay again if for 1 night but hopefully it will be cleaner next time

I am going to be honest - I wouldn’t even give the room/guest house itself 1 star. It was difficult to find the venue as they have taken down all signs on the main road, and nothing looked like any on the photos. It looked deserted and abandoned. When we did eventually find it there was no one there to greet us or check in with. ||Upon finding our room, there was no signal, no wifi (basement room 1), broken glass around the room, broken lights, rubbish on the floor, dirty towels amongst other things. To top things off, the main window to the room, which was extremely accessible to the main street, had no lock or latch on it. This is a very large window, so essentially anyone could just walk in the room off the street.|Their “office” door was evidently broken in to from previously (assumed), and having peeked at previous reviews where there had been break ins - this is not unlikely. Every single person we ran into whom were staying there, were in a similar situation, being unhappy about their rooms (all of which were dirty and unkept) and safety of the building. How this is still something you can pay that much money on is beyond me. ||Tried to ring the manager/booking company/hotel company who were all largely unhelpful. Initially tried stating the room was perfectly fine and they found no issues and couldn’t help us. Ended up booking another hotel as this room was so unsafe. Would NOT recommend.

Do not stay here! ||We too stupidly booked without looking at the reviews on here. As we were on a hen do we called ahead and told them there would be hell of our rooms looked like the pictures. The manger assured us the reviews were people who showed up before 3pm meaning rooms hadn't been cleaned yet from previous guests. So we waited till about 4 and went to look at the rooms. The place is severely run down and in need of a lot of tcl but rooms were cleaned (ish) some of the mirrors were still filthy and Bins not emptied but we at least had clean sheets. The was no hot water either throughout the entire building. We spoke to other guests to confirmed this. ||We decided to just move on with our night get ready and leave. Upon returning as we entered the main front door we realised this has been kicked in and locks broken off. We then discovered that the same thing had happened to my room. We tried contacting the management, we called 30 times with no luck. I was left with an unsecure room throughout the entire night. I had called the police but there wasn't anything they could do to make my room lockable because as you can see by my photos the entire frame has been pulled off. ||We are still in contact with oyo daily to resolve this but they are basically ignoring us. Never calling back, even accusing me of breaking down my own door and stealing things?

Wonderful! Myself and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay. We asked for a room with a bath tub and the property were incredibly accommodating at making it happen for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, there was a large TV and clean, quirky bathroom which we loved. Great view, amazing location very central and just 5 minutes from shops, coffee shops and the water, easy check in and very fresh. Couldn’t have asked for a better time- thank you!!
