Highly recommend the new Woodland Lodges at Fairwood Lakes. Really lovely place to stay, plenty of space for a family of 4, well equipped with a full kitchen etc. Soft play was brilliant for kids as well as the outdoor toys and climbing frames. Having the hot tub always on and ready to use at any given time was brilliant. Good location with plenty of local things to do (Stourhead National Trust is a great day out for members). The lodge had a nice amount of privacy without being overlooked from anyone else and the site was nice and quiet both during the day and night. We'd definitely look to come again in the future!

I'd just like to thank you for a wonderful holiday. My daughter, two year old granddaughter, myself, and my little service dog have just spent the week in your gorgeous floating lodge. We have had a brilliant week and we're made to feel very welcome by all staff, who took the time to chat with us and were very friendly. The facilities were excellent and it was great that children of all ages are catered for with the play equipment at the park. We also had a great time feeding the ducks, geese and moorhens. I shall definitely be booking again

We only popped in for a coffee!.
I was able to walk around the lakes and totally fell in love with the place.
Plane to stay over for a night, ( we live about a mile away) and maybe do
Some fishing. it's so stunningly beautiful there. Never fished before but really
Want to now!. Used the amenities and they were really really clean.

We had the best time at Fairwood Lakes! Emma went out of her way to make sure we were welcome the whole stay, even offering us other pricey lodges that were available at no extra cost. We stayed in the Dunlin lakeside lodge and it was absolutely stunning - the views over the lake were beautiful. The lodge itself was spotless, super cozy, and had everything we needed. There were loads of activities for the kids, both indoor and outdoor, which they loved! Also, they gave discounts to longleat which is only a 10minute lodge from the lodge. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🥰❤️

Hosts are lovely and very helpful. Setting and tents were all great and very clean.
Only observation and dome feedback is that the toilet facilities could have been more regularly cleaned and toilet rolls replaced. However overall a lovely spot which is fantastic for a chill out.

Fantastic few days away at Fairwood Lakes. Accommodation was very clean and staying in the woodland lodge area it’s was very peaceful and really felt closer to nature. Enough onsite to keep our 1 year old entertained so much so we checked out at 10am on our last day but didn’t leave site until 2.30 (with a very tired toddler).

Well where do I start …. I’ll start with I didn’t catch a carp 🥺…. That’s the sad news over ..! |I first called to enquire about staying with my wife in a weekend break on our own without the kids to relax and with no worries for the first time in 22 years …. We’ve never booked a weekend away before on our own … the person I spoke to on the phone was the most friendliest person and very helpful I later learnt that this was one of the owners …. Everything was perfect until when I fished the lake over night my wife called me from the lodge saying she was cold ( I was colder lol ) but I was expecting to be cold I was fishing when my wife spoke to the owner it turned out the gas was not connected properly it was very quickly rectified with no problem …. We still enjoyed our alone time I fished my wife relaxed and we spent time together ….. we only booked two nights but we enjoyed it that much I enquired about staying one more night and at what price…. After contacting the out of hours contact that lives on site I had a call from the owner she offered us an extra night for no charge because of the gas issue I was prepared to pay but she insisted it was I them what better customer service can you hope for friendly easy booking great stay and we will most definitely return ( only if the carp are hungry lol ) this is a very well looked after place to stay with a couple or even family as there is plenty to do surrounded by beautiful country side with hot tubs in I think every lodge tv internet I highly recommend anyone to go and have a break here ….. and it is very reasonably priced we will definitely return !!|Thank you fairwood lakes if you look on YouTube there are videos of the place you will not be disappointed when you stay keep what you are doing guys we loved it and we will be back ( in a terminator voice 😂😀)

We spent 2 nights here this week. It was lovely and peaceful. The lodge was perfect. A cheeky little get away to unwind with my daughter, my cousin and my 10 month old puppy. The staff were so wonderful and made us feel so relaxed and welcome. We will definitely be returning
