Stayed at the campsite. Very spacious places. Signage wasn't very good and reception hard to find. Facilities were clean but old and out dated. Right by the canal and a nice walk into Devizes. Would definitely go back again

Liked: The grass pitch was very large and with both electric and a water supply at the rear. The site was nice and quiet. The facilities whilst older were kept very clean and tidy. A 100 yard walk took you straight on to the Canal path.

Liked: Pitches were generous, didn't feel too squashed in.
Having water on the pitch was really handy.
Toilets were always clean.
Canal was within a few minutes walk from the site.

Disliked: Could do with having a closer toilet block to the pitches.
Within the shower there was nowhere to place any dry non hangable items! As a glasses wearer there was no where for me to place my glasses to keep them dry and off the floor. A little fold down chair/shelf would help solve this 🙂

Liked: Lovely site right on the canal bank so really easy access and able to walk to pubs along the canal either way!

Disliked: The toilets all seemed to be mixed
Longish walk to the washing up area if you are camping in tents

Liked: Lovely small quiet site with easy access to Rowde and Devizes by foot (20-25 mins walk).

Disliked: Pitches are not level and will require ramps to level the vehicle.

Liked: Very nice pitch friendly people on site and the owner was helpful and very knowledgeable of the area the facilities were second to non clean and well looked after

Coped well with a party of 10, with accommodation and campsite. Campsite was grass with slight slope throughout. Expensive, especially£25 for a pup tent for one night sharingour pitch.. Very long way from toilet and shower block if camping. Road noise quite significant.
