I stayed here and it was lovely. the staff was so friendly and couldn’t have done enough. in short distance to the town centre and plenty off stuff around. I would 100% go back. The rooms was lovely and well kept. my overall experience was 10/10.

This Premier Inn employs a third party parking firm, even though I am disabled and have blue badge I still had to pay full ammount on exit, parking is around back of entrance. Breakfast layout was not very good, ie little dishes for food, 4/5 sausages in the dish so if person in front takes 3 you had to wait for more to arrive. Drinks seemed overpriced only only in bottles, no bar to speak of.. Staff all good, room fine, quiet although on busy road.

I am impressed by the service and facilities provided. I really need to appreciate the members of staff for their professionalism. They treated everyone of us who came around with courtesy and made our stay worthwhile. It is also central to almost everywhere we needed to visit during our stay in Wigan and I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to lodge when they visit Wigan.

Don't bother with premium WiFi, useless. Park on the carpark opposite the premier inn it's Harrogate street. Free to park from 6pm-8am, so better than what the hotels car park charges. Beds comfy and I got a good nights sleep. No windows in room. Have the check inn yourself screens but they weren't working so someone helped, staff friendly. Nice hotel.

Great stay once again at Wigan Premier Inn. Have been a few times now and it never disappoints. Was really busy when we stayed for the weekend but as always the staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable and we were made to feel really welcome as always.

Nice central location for a Premier Inn, opposite car park and within easy walk of town centre and park.
Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful, friendly and kind, which is much appreciated. I arrived when they were handling a challenging incident with a guest in a very professional manner, going above and beyond for other guests.
Rooms were typical high standards of Premier Inn and breakfast was really good.

Great service, we were very late to the hotel due to problems on the trains in Liverpool. When we turned up absolutely wet through they put the heating on in our rooms which was very welcome. Had breakfast the following day which was great as usual. Can’t fault anything with our stay.

Great room and amazing service, especially during breakfast on Sunday morning! The male staff member who looked after us was absolutely fantastic , Friendly, attentive, and made our breakfast experience truly special. Highly recommend Premier Inn Wigan!
