We stayed here for the night and were met by Adele, such a warm welcome. We chose a sea view room and wow, what a view. The room was a decent size with great facilities and there’s a good seating area to the front with excellent views if you don’t have a sea view room. A great choice at breakfast and an extremely likeable host whose name I forgot to ask but nothing was too much trouble for him and his guest interaction is exceptional. I would definitely recommend it, perhaps not the best for those with poor mobility but if you book you won’t be disappointed.

Horrific hotel!! First of all, paid directly through hotel and because of this booking.com cancelled the reservation and the hotel then cancelled it even though they sent me receipt and tax invoice. So when arriving to the property the hotel had given our room anyway and said they did not have the booking. Showed them proof and the receptionist did everything in his power to help. Manager, no where to be seen. They found a room, however this was up 28 stairs and due to disability needs, we reserved directly with the hotel a room with accessibility on the ground floor. So the room they gave for an altnerative because of their mistake, was not suitable. They then said we have a ground floor tomorrow, so we waited until the following day for the ground floor room and the room was the same as the first one, dirty, stains and dated. The new one was a little bigger but still dirty. One night spent in the new room was enough as the holiday was ruined due to the hotels lack of responsibility and accountability for the problem which was caused by them. The cleanliness was also extremely uncomfortable and could not stay in a place like that. We checked out after 2 nights when we booked for 4 nights. The hotel did not offer any sort of compensation for the two missing nights and for the sheer lack of professionalism and communication when they made this error. We had no choice but to stay due to the fact it was 4 hour drive home and being 62 & 63, this was not possible to go back. Parking was also not communicated correctly on the website, it is street parking and took us 3 hours to get a space around the hotel and that’s which a disability badge.

Sea front view double bedroom with cooked breakfast for two at £45! Now that’s difficult to beat. Room warm, safe, clean. Nice spacious double with well ironed white cotton sheets, pillow cases and duvet. Tea, coffee and toiletries available in the room. Very friendly helpful check in and breakfast team. Easy free parking in front of hotel. So perhaps not a Dubai 6* palace but for a budget overnight stop in Morecambe seems a fair option.

It's a say,you get what you pay for & we understand that very clearly, but I think if its called hotel still should provide minimal requests, I would say needs attention in rooms there as even the lamp in room was as seem in photos, plus the table in the room not minimal hygiene standarts would say for it, & TV signal after request,got fixed ok, but still need to be better!
In other countries for 50-60£/day hotel you get great conditions, not any near like this!!

I would say as it's coming summer season,owners to pay attention for your rooms, you have great location in there!

This is a very dated budget hotel. Room was average, but bathroom was terrible with cob webs, bad drainage and just grotty. TV has very poor signal. Staircases to rooms are very narrow and uneven. Bedding was strewn around staircase. Will not return or recommend

Great location on the seafront, with parking on the road if you can get a spot
Very cheap hotel so wasn't expecting much.
I booked a double room with a Seaview and got a double room with a view of scaffolding and a wall.
Room was small but very clean, with toiletries and towels provided
Breakfast was okay. Limited choice, and tea, coffee and toast is provided to your table and is not self serve.

Nice service, good breakfasts. Clean beds and mattresses. The place needs renovation. The condition of the walls and bathroom is terrible. The bathroom door was barely hanging on rusty handles. The shower cubicle had no handles and didn't close properly. The light above the mirror didn't work... And the toilet was halfway closed. The window was nailed shut so it was awfully stuffy.
In the room, the window barely opened which made the room smell awful. No fan or air conditioning. It was very hard to sleep because of that.

A VERY BIG MINUS FOR DIRTY CUPS.
Also a minus that they gave us a room at the very top with very steep stairs with a two-year-old it was hard to get up.

Excellent location on the sea front.
A short walk to the centre.
The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean.
The beds are so comfy 😴
Great breakfast too😋
We will definitely be coming to stay here again.
