- CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS VIA MAIL -
I had a hard time checking in, but eventually found out that the check in instructions were not sent via booking.com but to my linked email account.
after that, everything went alright.
The rooms interior was surprisingly tasteful, but the kitchen was pretty run down (fridge and toaster werent working).
i am totally fine with my stay since i just needed a bed for one night, but i wouldnt recommend booking here, since there are other options for the same price.

I booked a stay with stayBoom but never received check-in instructions and got no response to my calls or messages. When I arrived, I had no way to get in, leaving me stranded with no choice but to book last-minute accommodation elsewhere at a higher cost.

Even after the fact, the property ignored all attempts to contact them for a refund. Booking.com won’t issue one without their response, but they remain uncontactable. Completely unprofessional—avoid this place at all costs!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We arrived and could not get into the property. We then could not contact the owners and due to it being half term we couldn’t book anywhere so had to travel two hours back home.

No contact with the owners at all after booking, no code provided to enter the property. Couldn’t even get in and won’t respond to contact for a refund. Avoid.

I mean it’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not great, not well kept out front, mold in bathroom and mold in bedroom too, thankfully I’m only here for 6 hours tonight. Definitely not worth the money I paid, should definitely be half the price they are charging.

Do NOT STAY HERE!!! Our room was being renovated and we had no where to stay, they did not respond to our calls or emails so had to find somewhere else. Still waiting for refund!!

Owners of property have Zero Respect for the neighbours within the community! Renting out a property in a terraced house to large groups of people who are always banging, shouting and screaming and keeping neighbours up all night when we have work the following morning.
