What a friendly welcome and super room! Alex and David looked after us so well and we enjoyed all the extra touches in the room (and the stylish decor throughout). Huge comfortable bed and it was great to have such tasty and unique vegetarian options for breakfast. We look forward to returning to try a different room and seeing the garden in full bloom.

An absolutely perfect retreat from the busy world.
The hosts make you feel so at home it’s easy to relax and settle into the sumptuous surroundings.
Our bedroom was delightful, lovely furnishings, comfy bed and all the little extras you could think of.
Breakfast was super quality ingredients, well cooked and served perfectly.
This place really is the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at👍🏼
My only concern about posting this review is that we might not be able to get a room next time we’re in Arnside 😳

1st visit to Kentwood and very satisfied. In a perfect location just round the corner from the promenade and the shops/eating places.||David and Alex are perfect hosts, providing a great service and happy to spend time chatting with their guests. Our room was excellent with very comfortable large bed, luxurious bathroom (great shower!) and lots of added extras - large fluffy towels, fresh milk in the fridge, Penningtons Teas & Coffee, Alexa smart clock and plenty of wardrobe space.||Breakfast was delicious and plentiful using locally supplied produce- recommend the overnight oats to start with. ||Would definitely stay here again when in the area

Just returned from parents' 61st wedding anniversary celebration mini break. Hosts were fantastic, breakfasts delicious, everywhere spotless and Minky the resident cat was good company too. Will definitely return if David and Alex will accommodate me. Top marks!

A gem of a find in a quiet location in Arnside. Great hosts who have spent time attending to the details which make a stay so extra special. A very warm welcome and comfortable room, spotlessy clean, comforable bed. Fresh milk and cold water in a room fridge. Generous tea and coffee facilites, with fluffy towels and dressing gowns along with a pretty outdoor space to sit out and enjoy a glass or two on a pleasant evening.|The breakfasts were very special, and beautifully cooked and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. The attention to little details were really appreciated. |Lots of walks just a few minutes from the door, easy walking distance from station and near local pubs and cafes, yet quiet and relaxing.|We look forward to coming back to the genuinely warm hospitality of Kentwood.

This is hands down my best ever experience of a guest house.
David and Alex were genuinely wonderful people who were a pleasure to be around. They were extremely helpful and completely surpassed what I would expect from usual accommodation. The house is very clean, food is fantastic and the bed so comfortable. If I could give a 100 stars I would - but 5 will have to do. Would strongly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay in Arnside with fabulous views over the Kent estuary. David and Alex looked after us extremely well and made us feel very welcome from the first moment we arrived. The house was exceptionally clean, well kept and the room had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay, including a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The breakfast was delightful with plentiful choices including full cooked options, salmon and overnight soaked oats with yoghurt and fruit which we really enjoyed! Highly recommend and we both look forward to staying with you again in the future.. best regards.. Sam and Clare x

Had a warm welcome from the lovely hosts Alex & David. The house is absolutely immaculate throughout with the finest of fixtures & fittings with attention to every detail. Was well impressed. Bed & bedding all top notch.|Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. Off street parking and close to the front, shops and restaurants. A treat to stay here and can't recommend highly enough. |
