Travel many times to visit relatives and have stayed several times here. Always friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spotless, beds extremely comfortable. Very quiet location, good sized free car park and good restaurant to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Friendly welcome from manageress |Ground floor, spacious and spotless room. |Hot weather so electric fan and opening windows were welcome. |King-sized comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities, (extra supplies and iced water freely available at Reception) Freeview TV,- 24-hr internet and pre-ordered Breakfast Box for small extra fees. ||Small things: shower gel/shampoo dispenser not working, and no bath mat.

I definitely rate the Travel lodge at Billingshurst 10 out of 10 |Due to my house being completely ruined by a mains water supply which ran for 6 days straight as I was away, so me and my little dog Bertie was technically homeless |The Travel lodge welcomed me and Bertie with open arms. Jan Natalie Shannon and all the other staff were amazing |They made me feel safe and comfortable |They couldn’t do enough for my stay |Honestly I am so grateful |Thank you so much. |Plus my room was so clean and comfortable |and the staff was always there to help me with anything i needed . Thank you everyone |Pauline and Bertie xx

First time I have ever stayed at this hotel. To be honest from the outside it looked a bit grim. However, I was met by a lovely lady who was very jolly. She told me all about my room and what I could borrow ie hairdryer, extra pillows or an iron! |She showed me where to go and eat or grab a takeaway.|I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It was quite spacious and very clean. I will be using travelodge again especially if they are as good as this one.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we realised we had no toothpaste! Any questions we had, as it was our first time in the area for a wedding, were answered really well and we felt safe and well looked after. The room was spotless and well-kept. The availability of tea bags etc.. at the desk to grab quickly was a lively touch.

Excellent staff, service and nice clean rooms. Well done to all the staff!
Cafe adjoining for breakfast and lunches. What more could you want?
Location was perfect for me, less than 10 minutes from the venue I was attending but not sure if there is much else in the area!
Certainly one of the best Travelodge's I have stayed in.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The added bonus was Billy's cafe, next door, a great place for breakfast

Stayed one night and found it very good again. Was quite warm in reception, but whe we got to the room it was just right. Windows open and fan going. All clean and tidy. Thanks to Laura!
