⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Room Cleaning Service||I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless—from the floors to the bathroom to the freshly made bed. The attention to detail was clear, with no dust in sight and all surfaces wiped down beautifully. The room smelled fresh and felt welcoming. Towels were neatly folded, amenities were well-stocked, and even the small touches like neatly arranged items made a big difference. Great job—truly professional and thorough. Excellent hotel close and convenient to London Heathrow Airport. The price was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is clean and in good condition. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and bar with reasonable prices, good selection and great service. Our server was Suman and she did a wonderful job taking care of us (and really encouraged me to write a review 😉 )|I noted that the hotel seems fairly busy with a lot of travelers and airline crew. Fortunately, we were able to find parking near the entrance to the parking area and I think there is additional parking around the back and underground.|I highly recommend this hotel and will use it again if I need a hotel close to Heathrow. We had a morning flight out of Heathrow, and it was a simple 10 minute drive to the rental car return that avoided getting on the freeway (leaving the hotel parking lot, we had to make a U-turn to head east on London Road, to avoid the freeway, that was the only difficulty).

The hotel is conveniently located near London Heathrow Terminal 5, making it an ideal choice for travellers needing quick and easy access to the airport.||The rooms at the hotel are clean and well-maintained.||One of the highlights of the stay was the staff. From the reception team to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone was polite, friendly, and willing to help.||Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable. A special mention goes to Elena, the restaurant manager, who stood out for her politeness and helpfulness. Her attentive service made the morning meal even more pleasant and set a positive tone for the day ahead.

Room too warm but otherwise very comfortable. Bar staff excellent and very friendly. Evening meal was tasty and a good size. |Breakfast was very disappointing. No dairy free milk out. I had to ask. No fresh fruit other than a banana or orange. The mixed berries were in a very sweet juice and were unpleasant. |Server Elena was pleasant however felt awkward at being at to review whilst having breakfast. |Reception staff were also very helpful

Perfectly clean and acceptable. Nice quiet room with AC which was very welcome in the humidity. A petrol station and M&S Food available just across the road. Electric charger wasn't working when we stayed, so were unable to charge our car, but as a plug-in hybrid, it didn't impact our stay too much.

We had just one night (pre flight) in room 329.|Standard room lay out. No problems with anything. We noticed some flight crews staying over so figured it was half decent and it was.|We walked across the road to the petrol station which has a small Marks & Spencers and picked up some food and a bottle of wine. |Then a couple of hours TV and then sleep. |The room is double glazed and cut out all the noise from the busy road outside. It was quiet inside too.|I genuinely can't remember the breakfast but I'm sure it was pretty standard fare.|We caught the A4 bus from across the street which was very handy (£2.50) and took us to the Heathrow Central bus station where it was an easy walk into Terminal 2 for our flight. It also serves Terminal 3.|I would consider staying again for a night pre or post flight.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Heathrow Terminal 5, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the incredible staff, especially Fiona. From the moment I arrived, the team, including Fiona, was welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I appreciated the soundproofing; I barely heard any airport noise, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.

The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a variety of options from hot items to fresh pastries, perfect for fueling up before a busy day of travel.

Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient for anyone flying in or out of Heathrow, with easy access to the terminal via shuttle service.

Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Heathrow Terminal 5. Thanks to Fiona and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
