I found Viv to be very gentle throughout and I felt very comfortable.
I was shown and talked through every step of what Viv was doing and it was obvious he had a lot of experience and was very professional.

I first contacted Viv @ Skinpharma in 2017, as I was apprehensive about my treatment and wanted to get the best injector I could find in the area to trust with my face. I never received any pressure from Viv and he made me feel at ease during our consultation, and during the treatment. He is ahead of the game, particularly in this area where unskilled people are providing fillers for cheaper prices. Viv is worth it! If you want a caring, professional and skilled person to carry out your treatment - GO HERE! What you pay for is what you get in the beauty industry, pay cheap, get cheap work! However I believe Viv is very reasonable with his prices considering how he carries out his treatments and treats you as a client. What he was able to achieve (in my treatment) with just 0.5ml, was amazing. My lips look natural and are exactly how I wished them to be. I have absolutely no regrets and I am looking forward to returning for more treatment in future. Thank you Viv

Viv made me feel so comfortable at the clinic and made sure everything was run through in detail. Sometimes getting something like this done can be scary, but Viv made me feel so calm and at ease! He made sure I was ok throughout getting my lips done and I can honestly say the whole treatment was pain-free!! After using lots of different skin care brands and nothing really making a difference I came across the skin care range Skinpharma had recently launched. Viv was fantastic at providing advice extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been using the reveal cleanser, recover active night cream, and neck lift cream. My skin has never been in such good condition, I’ll am looking forward to trying the protect day moisturiser, day serum and eye cream. Viv’s customer service is fabulous and will discuss any questions you have. Viv has such a passion for excellence in his work!

I hadn’t seen Viv in a while, in that time he’d changed premises, but his level of care and attention has not changed. After not seeing me for a while, he was as welcoming as ever, it was like having a catch-up with a friend.

The new (to me) premise is so fresh looking, and clinical but not cold, it’s comfortable and well thought out.
I’d gone to get a round of lip filler, essentially starting over again with the break I’d taken and now that my lips are settled I couldn’t be happier. Viv is so thorough and precise in what he does, and now that he uses ultrasound technology for lip structure mapping I wouldn’t feel comfortable enough going to anyone else. Nobody will have your best interest at heart like Viv does. It’s so rare to see the level of care and consideration that you get with Viv, and each time I see him is a whole experience. Every injection explained, thought out, exactly where it should be. I appreciate the communication and explanations as to why he’ll inject in those specific ways or places to achieve the best and safest look, without it verging on excessive. I’m always made to feel so comfortable, both with the treatment and expected outcome as well as physically comfortable with rounds of numbing cream and breaks to show and explain the process, so I know exactly what is happening and what that looks like and based on that, I can make a decision on what I’d like doing next. It’s because of Viv’s level of training, care and attention in his work and bettering himself with further training that he has me as a customer for as long as I want aesthetic treatments, and with my results looking as natural and beautiful as they do, I think that’ll be for a long time to come.

I have been to Skinpharma Aesthetics on a number of occasions for various treatments. Viv is extremely informed practitioner and extremely professional. He offers excellent advice about the various treatments on offer to suit each individual needs as well as offering realistic expectations. He does not perform any treatment without taking a thorough medical history and his evaluation on the benefit of treatment is done on an individual basis with every client. Viv will not take your money for the sake of lining his pocket, if he feels treatment is of no benefit he will say. I feel totally safe have my treatments at skinpharma and cannot recommend Viv enough.
