I contacted Melissa Webb for a catering quote for a wedding at Hedsor House for years time and we offered some dates but there was no response. I then called to follow up as she had not seen the email / apparently had not gone through. When i sent the same email again she immediately responded she was not available for any of the dates suggested. We then asked for her availability to which she ignored the email. If catering is not a service provided by Melissa Webb anymore we think she should be removed from the recommended suppliers list as she is clearly not looking for business and intentionally ignores email. This will also be passed onto Hedsor House as they should have active suppliers.
