Lovely place, was very clean and tidy. Quite friendly, just be aware you will be passed onto multiple people as they work as a team. Took around 2 hours and I came at 9:30am on a Monday. I wouldn’t book an appointment as they work on a first come first serve basis regardless.

Came first thing today (Wednesday after opening) and got sat straight down. Absolutely lovely staff and the place itself is so welcoming. Was given a drinks menu and offered a complimentary drink before having my coat taken and asked what I would like doing today. I had a full set of acrylics with a chrome finish and I am over the moon! Definitely my go to nail salon going forward ♥️ thanks so much x

A very busy place, with an experienced professional team. Easy to find with plenty of parking.

QueenNail Thornaby no lies. Me and my daughter had a booking yesterday. Her nail removal (as she got into trouble at school) and the guy removed and builder gelled her bitten nails like a pro.
What i can say about the the lady who dealt with my signatute pedicure is "nothing more than a pro diamond". I have extra massive feet and toes and she never batted an eye lid. If i was dealing id of laughed haha. She offered me drink, massage chair and was so courteous with heat of water/towels etc. We will be back and infact my friend came today for pedicure on our reccomendation. Best place i have been too and my daughter nails have lasted forever until teachers caught sight.
Was a man who done daughters nails and she is only 13 and felt totally comfortable.
Il express again the young lady with glasses who did my feet was dealing with alot as huge. If possible i would like both names so we can rebook with them regular.
