Poor hygiene uses the same acetone used from people and puts back in the bottle . No proper tissue used to clean the nails .Over charged for removal nail and new set £50. Felt disgusted after coming out from the shop . The prices are not set . Be aware they cheats ! Never again

my first and last time in there. Only came here because lily spa was closed. Told them not to cut my toe nail, but they did anyway. They put ridiculous charges on

the man was so rude he asked what colour and I said can I have 2 seconds to have a quick look and he said no you need to choose now and wouldn’t let me have glitter on 1 finger he said only 1 colour. I got acrylics but kept all my natural nails apart from 4 fingers so got tips on the ones that were too short and paid £33 some are way too wide and chunky. Would not recommend!

Horrible. Got my nails done and they put far too much nail varnish on my nails and as soon as I left they chipped and smudged. Went back to get them done again and again, as I left my nails chipped again!
Was really annoyed as I didnt have time to get them done again and also paid twice for parking. When I said I wanted my money back as I dont have time to get them done again, the man said to me "I will cut your nails then" so he wanted to cut my nails make them look worse then give me my money back. Disgraceful service will never go back again.

Rude unprofessional customer service. Lack of hygiene,I seen he used the polish remover (acetone) to remove my gel polish and then again he poured the used one back into the bottle to use for others .

Great nail bar. Great service and lovely people. I have been using hot nails for years and i Don't go anywhere else. I really recommended the place. 🙂

Very polite I've had my nails on for 4 weeks and they are brilliant. Definitely recommend them.
