Unfairly charged a no-show fee dispute showing up.

I had swimming booked though my membership, which I attended, however at the time I unknowingly made the mistake of passing through OPENED disabled gate to the changing rooms. I was not made aware until the no-show fee that I must scan else I will be charged extra £4 to my account.
I explained this to the receptionist but they were unwilling to help or be understanding in this matter, or towards the unfairness.
And am forced to pay a fee for something I did not know was a rule.

Absolutely absurd.

The staff at the Neptune Centre are all extremely professional at their jobs and are very supportive to all who attend the activities at the centre & they have created a truly welcoming atmosphere at the Neptune

My son has swimming lessons here and they are ok. However, changing rooms have cubicles that don’t lock and are damaged and the men’s toilets are disgusting. Urine all over the floor and the changing rooms in general smell unpleasant. Pool seems ok, changing rooms and toilets need a serious and regular clean and updating.

Amazing quality of different fitness classes available here. Various times to suit peoples work life. Best time for me is roughly 11am a handful of people in totally focused doing their own thing. Lots of gym equipment available.

Brilliant pool and a very friendly, welcoming and professional team at the Neptune Centre. Thanks a lot to all the staff and especially to Amy for sorting out my membership and giving me info about London branches too. They’re never going to measure up to the Boro experience! UTB!
