This was our 5th visit here. Once again perfect. The Besley suite is situated on the ground floor with its own patio area. The suite had everything you could wish for, and the continental breakfast which was included was good quality. Full English breakfast is available if wished at an additional cost. This place is perfect for visiting North Norfolk coast and within walking distance to Old Hunstanton beach. The owners Vicky and Graham are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them, they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. We will definitely return.

A delightful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Old Hunstanton , we were greeted with genuine warmth by Vicky that immediately made us feel at home , we stayed in The Patrick Suite which captures the relaxed charm of the area. Our room was spotless , beautifully furnished , comfortable with thoughtful touches like bathrobes , dab radio , and even binoculars. The in room breakfast was wonderful , cereals , yogurt , compote toast and jam a cooked breakfast is also available , the shared garden was lovely to relax in after a day on the beach. The location couldn’t be better just a short stroll to the wide sandy beach. The farmhouse is a real treasure we left feeling relaxed and refreshed I would highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea in comfort and style.

We had a lovely three night stay in the Besley Suite. |Vicky is very kind and thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. |The spotlessly clean accommodation is first class and we had everything we needed. |The peaceful garden is such a nice place to sit at the end of a busy day. |The beautiful beach with a lovely cafe is just a short walk away and one of the best in Norfolk. There is also a shop and art gallery / vintage shop nearby.

Wallis suite - Luxurious accommodation with everything you could want and need. Access to a beautiful garden was a big bonus especially if you have great weather as we did. The in room breakfast provided was perfect. Close to several great pubs and bus stop. We walked into Hunstanton several times which was very pleasant. 5 * all round. We will definitely return.

As with all the rooms, Besley Suite is pure luxury: impeccably clean with immaculate, tasteful decor and furnishings, very comfortable super-king bed in large bedroom with tv, separate large lounge with large sofa, armchair, tv and dining table, fridge and breakfast provisions, large bathroom with large shower and separate bath, and a lovely patio sitting area looking on peaceful garden. Very personable owners with keen attention to detail. Idyllic and faultless place to stay. Incredible value for money. Simply the best!

We enjoyed three nights in the Wallis Suite. It was great to have a separate seating area ie a genuine suite. Everything was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Very helpful hosts. Beautiful garden. Less than five minutes’ walk from three restaurants. Pleasant walk to the sea. Very highly recommended.

Really good break in the Beasley Suite giving us a very comfortable separate sitting/breakfast area. We were able to come and go a we pleased while exploring the area. Thank you Vicky for your very thoughtful touches and making our stay perfect. We hope to come back again.
