😊: Location only.
😢: No kettle; had to ask for one. No doors on cupboards or drawers in kitchen. Lavatory seat insecure. Tried to close window, it almost fell off. No hot water in shower. TV doesn’t work. Bad odour of sewage in bathroom and bedroom. And on arrival, a demand for £50:00 in cash “in case I wreck the room”….. I didn’t have any cash but offered to get the office to do a bank transfer which was declined by the man requesting it. When I met with colleagues the next day, two told me that they were still waiting for their £50:00 refund, every time they tried to get through, miraculously their calls weren’t answered. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. The only saving grace was the poor woman doing the cleaning..

Warning to people who want to book at this hotel my friend made a booking. He was outside waiting for the key as it was late evening the manager or staff worker didn’t arrive to give him the key to access his room. My friend kept on contacting them to no revile and then eventually the manager had blocked him from all correspondence and he cancelled the booking. Without giving my friend the refund so in my opinion that is theft and also scammed him.

Paid £178, for 2 rooms for 1 night. All the windows have slat blinds on them and most of the slats are missing, not a huge problem in most rooms but the bathroom looked out onto Wolves, main bus station, so as soon as you walked in the light came on, on a sensor and everyone could look straight in, so we were unable to shower. Paid a £50 per room deposit in cash for the keys!!!! Our room didn't have a fridge as advertised, had to use our friends one next door. Their room had a smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling about 5 inches. Every room had holes in the walls from either things that had been removed or fists put thru' them including the wardrobe. On our arrival, we found a dirty towel in the bathroom, bulb out in the kitchen, tv remote not working. Towels and bed linen were clean, but the matress under it was vile, so was the setee in the kitchen. Our friend's room was also above a night club and they were disturbed by music and noise for most of the night. Ideal location for train and bus stations and very central, just needs a bit of money spending on it very soon. The photos of the property must have been taken years ago. Won't be staying again!!!!!

You get what you pay for and this was only £60 a night for an apartment.
Once you get past the front door that looks like the door to a boarded up building, pay the cash deposit (which we did get back) and the filthy state of the stairs carpet, the actual apartment is quite good albeit lacking some DIY skills by the owner (I had to fix the bedroom blinds myself as the missing parts were stuffed in a drawer).
Single glazed windows mean you hear all the noise from the bus and tram station outside and the night club next door starts at 11pm until the early hours, so definitely no good for light sleepers.
Other than that, close to town, clean and tidy.

I had very traumatic experience it didn't state about cash deposit on site I booked I was given a number too call the man I spoke to was very rude and aggressive with me I have type 1 diabetes and epilepsy I also have a pacemaker in my heart he refused to give me a refund when we arrived the door was just a board it was answered by a man who said he wanted another £50 onto of what we paid already i advise no one to stay there i booked through bookings.com which I trusted it seems like a pyramid scheme.

What we have in the picture is not what is on ground.
The window don't 🪟 close well , wooden floor which is already bad, poor toilet pot, very old chairs as will be seen in the picture, no AC in the room and many more negative aspect.

But the guy in the shop next to the hotel where you can pick up your keys 🔑 is a very nice 👌 and welcoming person.

Personally would feel ashamed to rent a property in this state. The room was dirty with damages all over the property. They ask for a £50 cash deposit which seems very odd, when asked to pay by card we were told it was not possible. It wasn’t clean at all, with nut wrapper in the cupboard, half used shampoo bottle and an empty bottle of soap left by the sink. If we didn’t arrive so late we would definitely book a different place to stay. The area around the property is full of homeless and druggies. Don’t fall for the cheap price.
