I stayed hear for my wedding 3rd June 2024 and wow ,every detail was perfect the owners couldn't have been more amazing down to every little detail , absolutely spotless rooms, incredible views , a stay to remember and I can't thank them enough for everything they did to make it so special. Would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful country side stay.
I would love to go back and stay again . The most amazing couple .

Lovely stay at the Stables. Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Our dog loved the enclosed garden and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Great place for a family gathering 🥰 welcome pack of milk, bread, Prosecco and cakes was a lovely touch.

We stayed 2nd to 4th June for our son's wedding earlier this week. We booked the Stables as our main dwelling and also The Byre and Cowshed. All these properties were absolutely perfect. They were clean, beautifully decorated and furnished with every piece of equipment you could possibly require for you stay. The rooms are all spacious and roomy and comfortable. The hosts were present nearby, yet discreet and exceptionally helpful to us during our stay. The properties were filled with goodies, food, cake, croissants, bread, milk, juice and a lovely bottle of fizz. Thankyou so much for having us to stay, it helped make the wedding simply perfect 🥰

This is the second time we've stayed here on our way back from our annual Scotland holiday and we love it.|The owner is friendly and welcoming. The Cowshed where we stayed was clean, extremely comfortable and well-equipped with a good continental breakfast selection and other treats. |We love seeing the animals roaming round the farm including Barney the goat, Charles and Camilla the emus (yes, emus!), horses and a variety of fancy chickens with chicks.|This is definitely a great stop off for us as it feels very rural but is only a couple of miles from the M6 and is a great break on our journey back to Wiltshire.|

A fantastic mini break, hosts are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are all finished to a high spec. A very nice, quiet secluded place. Pubs, shops etc within a very short drive.

Stayed here for my mums 50th birthday as a celebration and we’ve honestly had the best time ever here! The house is just perfect has everything you would need for a comfortable stay, the hot tub is amazing and the garden and the views with all the animals is so nice! The beds are so comfy too! The hosts have been so welcoming and easy to get a hold of if you need them! Will definitely be coming back next year! Thanks so much 😊

Highly recommended a visit to Mount Farm B&B. We hired The Stables for our family of 7. The rooms were clean and tidy with loads of draws and wardrobe space. Ensuites were also a good size. Marj was a great host and look after us very well. The kitchen /utility was very well equipped with a double oven, washing machine, tumble dryer. Great location to visit Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and the Lake District. Thanks for a brilliant week.

Needed a room for a night near to Carlisle. So much better than staying in a hotel in town. Really friendly welcome, and everything just as we needed it. Really comfy bed. Would definitely consider coming back for a week's holiday. Thank you.
