Wow or shall I say WOOOOOOWWW.

What a fantastic place this is. True hidden gem.

Brilliant staff, great facilities, huge free on site parking, nice surroundings.

Yes, it is kind of in the middle of nowhere but well worth the trip?

Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to revisit at the earliest opportunity.

Lovely spa day in Gerrards Cross. We had an excellent massage and facial from Pawlina and a yummy cream tea in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you and were all very attentive and accommodating especially Dhruvi.

Placed an order for the Garda hot tub back in May, after several months and no sign of it arriving I've tried to cancel the order but Wave wouldn't let me and said I would just have to refuse delivery. The item was eventually dispatched and tracked by DPD. The item never arrived and DPD informed me it had automatically been returned and received by wave on 1st August. Wave are still refusing to issue a refund leaving me over £1k out of pocket. Avoid these crooks at all costs

I was treated to a birthday treat and it really was a special day. Staff offer excellent customer service from the start Laura on reception was amazing during the booking and then in person . She went above and beyond to make my day a wonderful experience . Carolina and Paulina were our therapists as we had a couples treatment booked. The massages , and facials were one of the best iv had . They were very attentive and pay attention to detail. I will most defnitely be recommended them and hope to return soon. The spa manager was a friendly lady and kindly asked us about our day . Twinkle the waitress was very professional and also great with our afternoon tea. It included the fresh baked scones which alone are worth returning for . Over all the experience was 10/10 and I would not hesitate to return , friendly staff welcoming atmosphere . If I had to suggest a improvement to the manager I would say the pool side decor could be updated thats about it . Facilty is great just decor is not quite on par wth the rest of the building .

Had a Muddy spa day in Wave today and it was brilliant! Beautiful facilities including a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, a sauna, and a lovely relaxation suite with complementary fruit, as well as a juice bar. The afternoon tea in 1269 Restaurant was large and very good. The treatment itself was amazing, especially for a couple, and the service as a whole was prompt and kind. Highly recommended!

The spa staff they were so patient and willing to make it an amazing time for us. We were able to have couple treatments. They were also very attentive. I cannot fault the service, not the facilities; every things was better than expected and was value for money.

I'm not impressed with the quality of the new coffee machine. It is very powdery.

Why are there no more biscuits or croissants since the new manager has taken over? We pay £thousands each year to be a member.

Recently came here for a bit of R&R, the staff were very welcoming, especially to Jasmine who made us feel like nothing was too much hassle and wanted to make sure enjoyed our time there. Fantastic value for money and can make a whole day out of it instead for a 3hr gaps which most spas provide. We will definitely return in the future!
