Natalie of Sandalwood Escapes found us the best deals for our 3 stop holiday to Iceland, Niagara Falls and New York. Natalie was also there for us the entire trip to handle any questions and travel logistics. Everything ran like clockwork, from flights, hotels and transfers.
Natalie created the best vacation possible and was not phased by the fact that we decided to get married in Niagara Falls and even arranged for us to have all the contact numbers that we needed. Natalie has deep product knowledge and made our holiday 100 stress free. We would highly recommend Natalie and will be using her services again for our future holidays.

Just back from the most incredible holiday in the Maldives arranged by Natalie at Sandalwood Escapes.

This was a special trip for us as we explained we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Natalie listened to our requirements and designed 5 bespoke holidays for us with video guides of the resorts and lots of extras. She listened to the brief and really delivered.

Everything was organised from flights to lounge access to accommodation all at the most incredibly high standard. Natalie kept in touch during the 9 months from booking to departing and was always available to answer any questions.

Don't think the word 'bespoke' is code for expensive. We chatted with other couples whilst away and found we had better accommodation and flights and paid £000's less!

Exceptional from start to finish!

We recently booked our honeymoon through Natalie at Sandalwood Escapes. Natalie’s kind, friendly and attentive approach made us feel comfortable and confident that Sandalwood would be able to help us find the honeymoon of our dreams, and boy she didn’t disappoint. The itinerary - 3 nights in Singapore, 7 days in Ubud (Bali, Indonesia), 7 days in Seminyak (Bali, Indonesia).

One of the aspects that stood out to us the most was the attention to detail throughout the booking phase. We had multiple email/phone/video calls in order for Natalie to capture our vision and to also understand our worries and concerns. She came back to us with multiple trip itineraries and we were truly blown away by the stunning options Natalie curated for our stay, every itinerary was unique and catered perfectly to our preferences, reflecting her understanding of our needs.
Once we’d made a decision, the booking process could not have been easier. Natalie took care of everything for us including flights, hotels, private transfers and more - a real weight off our mind.

We encountered an issue with one our room bookings, despite it being a last-minute problem, Natalie swiftly took charge and resolved the situation with utmost professionalism. Her prompt response and ability to find a solution ensured that our honeymoon experience remained undisturbed.

Throughout the entire process, Natalie showed a genuine commitment to making our honeymoon extraordinary. Her communication and exceptional customer service made us feel like our every need and concern was prioritised.

From the initial contact, Natalie was amazing, understood the brief, answered all our questions and was always quick to respond. Sending us various options to consider, Natalie arranged everything from airport security fast track, private transfers and even checked in for us.
Once we were at the hotel, we did have an issue with the room which Natalie quickly resolved and was in regular contact to ensure everything was as expected.
I will absolutely use Natalie’s services again and can’t recommend her highly enough.

We had the most amazing honeymoon organised by Natalie - 8 days touring Sri Lanka followed by 9 nights in the Maldives. We put ourselves totally in her hands and she delivered a perfect package. We had our own driver/guide in Sri Lanka who took us from A to B to C which made the whole holiday stress free. I would highly recommend if you're in need of an agent to organise your holiday for you.
